Convenient location.Posted Oct 30, 2013
Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff.
Cons: A coffee maker, or something to make tea in.
Location: Galleries Lafayette & Printemps for shopping. Montmarte for the ambiance. Clichy for Moulin Rouge. Walking distance to Marais, Rue De Rivolli, Louvre.
The hotel is close to two Metros, Notre Dame De Lorette and Saint Georges. The hotel staff at the front desk are outstanding. They are very helpful and treat you like a member of their family. The hotel is close to Montmartre, Clichy, Blvd. Hausseman and you can walk to the Marais in an hour. A full beakfast is offered for 13 euros, but you can go across the street and have a continental breakfast for 6 euros. A Carrefour market is located half a block away and has a wonderful selection of items, from salads to yogurt, meats, cheeses, etc. A shuttle to the airport is also availsble for only 18 euros per person. The hotel is extremely economical for people who want convenience, friendliness and the basics.

Convenient place to stayPosted Oct 16, 2013
Pros: Room was very quiet, staff were very helpful. They also organized private shuttle to CDG airport at very reasonable rate.
Location: Good location, close to metro. Supermarket across the street. Easy walk to Sacre Coeur, La fayette Galleries. Hop on hop off bus not far too.
Very happy with motel. Didn't use air con because windows were great. Very quiet at night with closed windows. Supermarket across the street was fabulous. Too tired at go out at night, area may be a bit 'seedy'. Felt very safe during the day.

Great place to stay in ParisPosted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: Great location, near two metro stations for line 12 and one for line 7. Very clean room. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Shower in room was a corner shower. Felt like my shower at home (square cubicle) but with half the room.
Location: People around, even fairly late at night felt safe. Near Rue Des Martyrs - a foodies place with cake shops and other places to buy food.
Even having visited Paris several times before, arriving is still a little disorientating at first. However, as soon as I arrived at the check-in and was greeted by the friendly receptionist, I felt at home.

First trip to ParisPosted Sep 22, 2013
Pros: The staff made me rate this hotel what I did. Because of the smallness of the room I most likely would have rated it lower.
Cons: Consider limiting this room to a one bed/single person. Also consider changing the door to open to the right so it does not hit the beam.
Location: A bit of a walk but you can walk to Monte Mare and the view is wonderful. One street over is full of great shops bakeries, restaurants etc.
The room was extremely small. We had a room with two twin beds. There was a beam across the room and when you opened the bathroom door it hit the beam. We put a chair between the beds so we could put our phones etc on and the chair barely fit in. This is not the room with two twin beds that is on the hotel web site. The street the hotel is on does have nice restaurants up the street and one street over is full of great shops. The hotel is clean, the breakfast was ok, easy, and the staff would make extra eggs if none were available when we got up and arrived close to the end of service. The staff is certainly what would make me return. They were kind, very friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator is fine and adequate for getting your bags up to your room. We were on the top floor and looking out over the roof tops made you get the real feel of Paris. Cab stand is right at the bottom of the hill a short walk. The bathroom was adequate for tow of us, mother/daughter trip, and the shower was small but larger than the one we had in a much more expensive room in London.

A moderately priced hotel in a Paris neighborhoodPosted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: The price was right. It had an elevator and air conditioning.
Location: Good neighborhood restaurants and easy access to all of Paris via the Metro and bus services.
Hotel France Albion was a clean, moderately priced hotel in a Paris neighborhood. It had convenient access to the Metro and bus routes. It was also within walking distance of the Louvre Museum area and the Sacre Coure neighborhoods. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful.

fantastic, highly recommendedPosted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was very comfortable, a good sized breakfast was included. The hotel also let us keep our bags there while travelling to southern France. The reception staff we dealt with mostly were Henri and Gaelle. They were both fantastic, helping us get places, suggesting great things to do etc. They were also both super friendly, alot of fun, and spoke really good English. I highly recommend staying at the albion , you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful welcome from friendly staffPosted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: Charming staff Friendly welcome Clean Nice breakfast room
Location: Near enough to Opera (where Roissybus from CDG airport drops off) and Gare St Lazarre to walk. Quaint little street with small square at top
I arrived late to be greeted by a charming hotel receptionist for whom nothing seemed too much trouble, from furnishing me with recommendations for somewhere nearby to eat (I highly recommend the restaurant I was directed to on the little square round the corner - excellent quality food for a reasonable price), to checking on the internet to verify my onward travel plans by train the next morning. Room rather tiny, but often the case in these smaller hotels in Paris. Quirky little breakfast room downstairs added to the charm. Breakfast ample.

Hotel in neighborhood in ParisPosted Sep 3, 2013
Front desk staff was extremely helpful. The exhaust fan in room was broken, therefore bathroom stayed very humid. Would be nice to have full length mirror but seems like no hotels in France have these. Very close to 2 metro stops...also took bus 43 with 2 suitcases on a Saturday am to Gare du Nord to pick up rental car. Very convenient to many shops and restaurants where locals eat and drink.
