“Small and Clean but overpriced late booking.”

This little hotel is a very small but very clean hotel, conveniently situated off Rue Lafayette, and 200m from Cadet Metro station. There are a number of small bistro's in the area and a small supermarket just around the corner. Our room was small but functional, there were no a coffee/tea facilities in the room , but in the foyer, there was a coffee vending machine with a half reasonable hot chocolate! For convenience, Havane is reasonably placed but our late deal was way over the top in price. As you are usually out and about in Paris, we returned only to sleep. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom clean with a largish shower, A typical Parisien small hotel.

“Young Couple Valentine Weekend Away”

Hotel Room was clean and comfortable, but dated. Staff weren't as pleasant and happy to help as we would have liked. Ideal location for the 2 minute subway journey into central paris (i'd advise purchasing the unlimited travel card). Overall: Great Value for money in a great location, Furnishing is abit dated (Yellow Carpets) but facilities were great.

“Clean and convenient”

The hotel was basic but the staff were pleasant and when our fuse blew they fixed the problem immediately. The rooms were very clean and it is in a great location just two minutes from the nearest metro. Definitely excellent value for money and I would go back.

“Not what was expected”

This hotel was fairly clean, but not worth the price we paid. The room was very tiny, and the breakfast offered was little more than bread rolls and coffee. If you don't plan to do more than sleep in your room, then this will serve the purpose. I think we could have found better for our money.

“Best given a miss”

Well I don't know which hotel they took photos of from the inside but it certainly doesn't look like Hotel Havane. The inside is fairly run down and the whole place has a feel of DIY construction about it. My wife and I were rather taken aback as we checked in when the receptionist "demanded" 36 euros ! When I asked what this was for he grunted "breakfast" which we declined. Overall on the plus side the bedding was clean, however on the downside our room was small and smelt of cigarette smoke, the hotel including our room was run down and the location wasn't very appealing.

“Not Impressed”

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures, it was clean, but not worth the price we paid. The room was super small, and the breakfast offered was little more than bread rolls and coffee. Hard to sleep since we could hear everything throw the walls and hallways were loud. Our room was next to the elevator and it was loud. I think we could have found better for our money.

“Nothing good”

Located near subway, and that's all i can say good about this hotel

“Average”

Fairly well sited between Montmartre, Gare du Nord and shops / centre. V close to metro station. Breakfast rather limited and no in room tea making

“Can't wait to kick you out”

No parking near the hotel - quite hard to find when driving due to roads blocked for pedestrian traffic. Hotel was "ok". Lighting inside the room (which faced the building across the street about 10 feet from the window) was bad - one of the lights in the room was burned out. However what was completely unacceptible is that they have an 11am checkout time and if you're not out of your room at 11:05am they come banging on the door asking you to leave, then when you say 'ok - sorry - we're leaving now' they call back 2mins later from the front desk asking you to leave. We got the message loud and clear and will never go back. Perhaps if they hadn't been vaccuuming the hallway outside my door at 8am I would have slept properly. Definitely would not go back.
