I enjoyed my stay! My room was ready ahead of schedule, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Super close to the Seine and Notre Dame. Easy to get anywhere in Paris!

Please note that just because the listing states that you will have a view doesn’t mean you will get one. The room I booked stated that it would have a view in the listing and I was excited about it because the photos from other guests looked amazing. We got there and there was no view. I went to ask the reception and showed them my booking and the man at the reception told me that it was my fault for not specifying in the notes that I wanted a view. The manager said the same, but with a little more empathy and essentially blamed Expedia for how they listed the property. I later found out that they are remodeling the rooms and so the room that I likely reserved was not available. It was very underhanded for them to try and blame me for them doing a bait and switch. The rooms are also a little run down but it appears that they are already addressing that. The location is phenomenal, although Ubers often found it challenging to get to us when the area got busier.

Great Hotel & Perfect Location …
This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this hotel & ironically I had the same room both times. The hotel is small, charming & clean … most importantly it is PERFECTED LOCATED … so easy to get here from CDG by train & in the center of everything on the West Bank. My room had an out door patio that looked out over Notre Dame … my special place.

Great Spot in a Busy Tourist Area
All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for Paris, I got an extra blanket right away when I asked for it and there was a great view of a beautiful church right across the street and I could see the very tippy top of the Eiffel Tower from my room!

Ok hotel in convenient location
Close to the train to the airport, and in the middle of a lot of tourist action, like Notre Dame. Very walkable area. Hotel is a little dated but decent for spending time as a tourist in the immediate area. Felt safe.

This hotel i located right in the heart of of the city. Next to Latin Quarter, Norte Dame. Close to.metro and bus service. The hotel has excellent service. Ms Pamela and her team was awesome. If i visit Paris again i would definitely atay at Henri Vii hotel. Thbk you all for an awesome time in your country.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, it was spacious for Paris, and probably the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Beautiful decor with modern touches made it very easy to stay and relax. The man who was working the shift at night was so friendly and helpful, but I do have to say we didn’t have the best experience with the daytime male staff. He charged us for a full breakfast when my husband just took an egg and toast, it was supposed to be 3 euros an item, but he charged us 14. Then he told us it was illegal to sit in the front seat of the Uber in Paris, and tried to pressure my husband to let him book a taxi for him. We already had an Uber and found out that the hotel gets a kickback from calling taxis to take customers to the airport. Other than these instances we had a great experience.

I chose the hotel for its great central location. The lobby is smart with much character, staff friendly and helpful. However the publicity pics are misleading as there's no chance of seeing Notre Dame from it's location. On the plus side our room away from the road was unbelievable quiet. I would recommend.

The hotel had a weird smell, the rooms were only big enough for you to get in bed or walk around to the restroom. Toiletries were minimal and smelled horrible. We went out and bought our own

Good Basic Hotel - Professional Staff
The hotel was quite nice, in a very central (touristy) spot, and the service was very good. Our room itself was at the back of the hotel (no view of the pretty church), pretty small and unremarkable. There was a bit of mold in the shower and a little peeling paint, but nothing egregious. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was quiet. The location is very touristy, but an easy walk to many places and centrally located for transportation. We were with my elderly mom and it was good because we didn't have to walk far to see a lot of sites. However, we found we did have to walk a bit to find an affordable decent restaurant as prices in the immediate area were inflated.

My husband and I spent a few nights at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised! The location was great, with easy access to the RER, which we used to get to the Eiffel Tower and the Palace of Versailles. Many good food choices close by. Great staff. Would recommend this hotel!

The staff were excellent! Only stayed in one room but it had a street view of cathedral and Eiffel Tower! Location was central to several great areas. Had 24 hour desk and help with bags.

I highly recommend this hotel. We had a room with 3 single beds as my husband and I were travelling with our 4 year old son. The room was very spacious (for Paris standards) and was a lovely Parisian decor. The room was a little ‘tired’ in places but I would still say it’s a good 4 star. Our room was at the back of the hotel and was incredibly quiet. The staff at the hotel were very polite, attentive and helpful. The hotel itself is set in a bustling part of Notre Dame, just a couple of minutes walk to the cathedral itself. The hotel offer an express breakfast and a full continental breakfast, which we enjoyed and was surprisingly cheaper than surrounding street restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel, and if we return to Paris we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely boutique hotel in the Latin Quarter
My daughter and I really enjoyed staying at the Hotel Henri IV. It was in a wonderful area with lots to do, a lively atmosphere and within walking distance of many great sights. The staff was friendly and our room and the hotel was clean. The only negative thing I can say is that the room was small, there was no hair conditioner provided and our view was inward facing the other hotel room which didn’t provide much view but at least made the room quite at night.
