Hyggeligt hotel med sjæl

Hotellets elevator var ude af funktion, og det undskyldte man meget fra hotellets side. Vi blev tilbudt værelse på lavere etage ( 5.sal ) hvis vi ønskede det. Det var ikke nødvendigt for os, receptionisten tilbød at hjælpe os op med bagagen, det var ikke nødvendigt for os. I stedet fik begge dage morgenmad som kompensation for besværet. Vi brugte det nu som en fin fitness detalje, når vi flere gange dagligt skulle op og ned ad de mange hundrede trin.

Même à petit prix (6 fois moins que le tarif affiché sur place !) on regrette la très mauvaise isolation des portes qui nous fait partager tous les bruits du palier, et la chasse d'eau qui fuit provoquant des bruits de canalisations réguliers ... Également le côté mesquin d'un supplément systématique de 10 euros, et du plateau de courtoisie dont l'usage est payant !

Nous avons réparé la chasse d'eau deffectueuse et vous remercions de l'avoir signalé. N'hésitez pas à nous informer dès le début de séjour afin que nous puissions intervenir au plus vite. Un technicien de maintenance peut alors assurer le service. Concernant le plateau de courtoisie avec thé ou café en chambre il y a d'autres offres qui incluent ce service. Concernant les frais fixes de 10€ par nuit elles sont signalées lors de la réservation par expedia et nous permettent de reduire de 15€ supplémentaires le tarif affiché de votre chambre. Les taxes de séjours, les TVA de 20% et 10%, le service de 15% sont inclus dans le prix. L'internet est gratuit et illimité, le WiFi est gratuit. Great location! Price not accurate!

The location was great! The price booked was not accurate to the price paid, which defeats the purpose of bargain hunting. We arrived 2 hours early to the hotel and they wanted to charge us 19 Euros per hour for early check in; so we had them hold our bags while we ventured out for lunch. Staff friendly and helpful and room cozy and clean.

사진과 실제 호텔이 조금.....5층짜리 조그만 호텔임. 사설 주차장이 붙어 있긴 하나 비싸요. 위치는 개선문, 에펠탑 둘러보기에 편리한 위치임. 호텔 키가 커다란 종에 매달아서 주는데 앤틱 냄새가 납니다. 호텔 앞에 차 대는 곳이 있긴 하나 거의 불가능한 좁은 도로라서 렌트카로 여행하시는 분께는 비추.

Jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise

Room was clean. Day reception was friendly and helpful (though night reception was less helpful). Room is spacious for this price by Paris standard. Good location - about 10 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Not sure if all rooms have it, but the mini jacuzzi in Room 201 came as a pleasant surprise!

Booked hotel with Breakfast included Misleading as this us only a croissant and coffee. If you want the real continental breakfast you are charged an additional 7 euros. We travelled to nine cities and nine hotels this was the first hotel to do this

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English which was a plus as I didn't speak French. I loved my stay there. There are cafes a few yards down the road too and shops.
