Exactly what I needed for one night before a flight out of Orly. The young woman at the front desk was pleasant and personable. Room was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was pathetic and there was no where else to eat breakfast or lunch except to walk to the shopping center. A seafood restaurant next door was open late in the day but served $30 entrees and only seafood. The only option was to order food to be delivered from one place, but it wasn't open until 6 pm. I ate snacks from the vending machine. However, the staff was helpful with a taxi to Charles deGaull airport.

The hotel is a very basic hotel and it was extremely clean. There’s a Pedra Alta restaurant next door, that happens to be one my favorite restaurants. The only issue I had was getting from Orly to the hotel as they have a shuttle but it never showed up to pick guests where the hotel told me to wait and the second time I called they pretty much hanged up the phone.

The hotel is over rated. It says that the hotel is 0.89 miles from airport. It is false. I called hotel to ask for transportation. Lady told me it will arrive in 10 minutes. It took almost one hour after I called 3 times. That means when they said it will be here in 10 minutes, I could not leave for toilet use or get a drink, coz I could miss the shuttle. Hotel is not 4 star...even 2 star will be considered over rated. I forgot my USB cable to charge phone and asked the front desk if I could borrow it. Very rude man wanted my credit card to keep in his posession overnite, to let me borrow the cable, even though he had my credit card on file. When I refused to give credit card, he started lecturing me how the system works and refused to give the cable. This hotel is in the middle of no where and you cannot go anywhere to buy anything. Staff is rude, and has no clue about hospitality . In the morning I was told that coffee machine is broken ...so no coffee and shuttle service is under repair. It took 2 hours for shuttle service to be available. I was told that shuttle is a free service and hotel has no obligation to give us any service or make any alternate arrangements. I would never stay at this property and I will definely make a video about this hotel warning travelers via all my social media venues. I believe that Expedia is also part responsible for not verifying and believing in false values what this hotel claims to have. Expedia must bear some responsibility.

Overall, hotel is ok.
Staff were good and friendly but hotel needs some updates. Also found it noisy as there is a restaurant on ground floor and customer can have their meals outside and smoke. A/C wasn’t cooling my room but worked as a fan.

The hotel was nice, clean, but the air-conditioning did not work very well. Thank God the window opened to keep the room cool. The Portuguese restaurant, which is attached to the hotel was amazing! A definite must do if you’re staying here. Michelle at the front desk was great and we thank her for recommending that restaurant.

Close to airport/needs repairs
The room in this hotel was clean and the Hotel was located near the airport with a shuttle service so that worked well. It does need repairs and updates outside the hotel and the lighting in the room could use improvement. I was disappointed in the outside condition of the hotel but it served its purpose as being a reasonable priced stay close to the hotel.

Don't ever stay at this hotel. It was our worst experience in France. It's by the Orly airport. An old property that needs renovations and painting. My last impression of Paris staying at this dump was not good. On top of everything else, they promote shuttle service, but it's very limited to the hours. When we arrived at 2 pm, we had to wait until 3 pm to be picked up. Then the following day we needed to leave by 4:30 am, their service did not start until 5 am. There was no Uber service in the area and no taxis to be had. We had to beg them to call us a taxi, which took more than 10 minutes to get there! I was in tears thinking we were going to miss our flight.

Great restaurant!
Had a good stay- easy access from airport and a shuttle that was handy and free. The surprise was the restaurant in the hotel which has an independent operator. Great seafood with elaborate presentations of lobster, shrimp, mussels, etc. More than we expected for a quick meal at the hotel! Would recommend highly.

I am not sure how this hotel managed to obtain a Three Stars rating. Our room was tiny, barely large enough to accommodate our luggage. So was the bathroom. The room was very dark. (The lighting is pathetic). The hotel has a shuttle to the airport. However, it accommodates only eight people. We had to wait about 45 minutes to board one and folks were fighting to get in -- not great when you have a plane to catch.

Very convenient for the airport with the free transfer. Rooms were much nicer than expected from the outside. Comfortable bed and nice pillow. Tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff. Only real downside was a little noisy and being able to hear next door

Great pre departure or late flight arrival to ORLY. clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast option is a good value since theres no breakfast places nearby but theres a large shopping center, groceries within walking distance. Recommend the portugués restaurant next door for dinner, really good food. Staff helpful and having the shuttle to the airport is si convenient but note that it stops running for a couple of hours midday so check schedule.
