We came to Paris for the weekend for the beyonce concert. The hotel was only a short distance from a metro station. No fuss at all from staff, all very friendly, we got there early and no hassle with checking in before 2pm. Room was small however very clean and just what was needed. I would most likely go back to this hotel

Not the best but not the worstPosted Aug 25, 2014
Cons: Cleanliness on bed sheets. Breakfast.
Location: Nothing near by.
Don't know why people said its close to all the attractions because it's not. It's quite far actually. The best option is to get a tour bus to see all the attractions. This hotel is ok for what your paying, the reception staff were friendly but the kitchen staff weren't, there was a stain on one of our duvets as well. the room was quite small and basic but oh we'll. also there is a lot of beggars around this area so watch out. We were also given 2 twin beds when we we're suppose to have a double. The breakfast wasn't much for the price, was only a bowl of cereal and a coffee.

Small room-Excellent service-Good locationPosted Aug 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
The service from the front desk staff and manager was excellent. Very friendly bilingual staff helped us out a lot. The room was quite small and basic but very clean and well maintained. Close to the Metro and the train stations. Would stay here again for sure!

good value for ParisPosted Aug 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
Convenient for both gare du Nord and gare De lEst, and relatively quiet as we had a top floor room. Polite and helpful staff.

Great hotel and prices for young couples.Posted Aug 5, 2014
For the amount of money we spent, it was excellent. Around the block from Craft, one of the best cafés in Paris and Liberte, one of the best boulangeries in Paris. Also there is a nice carrefour nearby to buy that nice bottle of wine and sit by the canal or to get the 4 from nearby Gare de l'est to Jardins de Luxembourg. Great hotel if you are a young couple spending the weekend in Paris.

Nice locationPosted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: Good location and friendly staff
Cons: Rooms are quite hot in the summer, with no AC, maintainance required in the room.
The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Paris on foot, and the staff were friendly. Okay, we now have all of the positives covered. The room was quite basic ( could have used a paint job ) and unbelievably for the price had no AC. I had to ask for new towels after 2 days, it was quite loud at night with the windows wide open ( no AC ). I would not stay here again

below average experiencePosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: I just like the location as it is near the metro.
Cons: Everything needs improvement especially the ambience, the shower room.
Location: In the city, near Cafe's
We have to wait for half an hour after the check in time as room was not ready. When we went to our room a lady was still cleaning. It was very hot, noisy at night and they do not have fans. The water from the shower was very minimal. I had headaches daily, could not rest well after a day in the city. Not good value for money, very expensive.

Good stayPosted Jul 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel rooms are small but clean and adequate for the price. Location is great, arriving by train at Gare du Nord from CDG, if you're ok with rolling your bags a small distance. It's not the best area in Paris, but we felt fine walking in the neighborhood. Besides, if you take a boat ride at the Pont Neuf where all the main attractions are, you are warned to beware of pickpockets in that area. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Although breakfast is a reasonable price, we opted for the great bakery just steps away. There are lots of cafes nearby and the now trendy Canal St. Martin area is only a couple of blocks from the hotel. Of course, the metro gets you quickly to any area in Paris.

Convenient and adequatePosted Jul 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
Had what we needed: location, elevator and wifi. Carpet in the room could have been cleaner. Room was very small and lacked places to put things especially in the bathroom. A few well placed hooks could have helped keep things off the floor.

3 night stay in ParisPosted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: All staff members we incounted were very friendly and spoke good English.
Cons: We only had one small issue the fan provided in the room didnt work but we were high enough to have the double doors open to bring in some cool air.
Location: Gare du Nord is extremely close by and there are plenty of cafes/restaurants close by, including a supermarket for any extras we needed.
The hotel has very friendly staff and are very accommodating. The room was clean and well presented but small, the bathroom was very small which was the only let down. The hotel is located about 10mins walk from Gare du Nord and only 30mins walk from Notre Dame and The Lourve. For a city break where you only use the hotel to sleep it was perfect.
