Great hotel
The only thing that was not a positive is the size of the elevator (tiny) and the size of the room (tony). This won’t stop us from coming back though as they are an amazing hotel in an amazing spot

Very pleasant stay
Really nice hotel. Had a fabulous room with plenty of space for the 3 in our party. Great location. Had breakfast one morning and there was plenty of choice.

Don’t do what they say
I booked a superior room with king bed, and they gave me single beds. Worst nights sleep ever. Complained and they said they would give compensations, then changed their mind and didn’t. Very poor - won’t stay there again

Below average. Cold staff and a/c broken.
The staff at the reception were cold and not bothered. We went to the hotel with out car. We drove up to the front removed the bags and asked them if they had parking. They gave me a slip of a parking garage and told me to park there. Later I found out that parking is free during August in Paris. They could have saved me over 15 euros if they had just told me that. The room was small but clean and ok. The a/c wasn't working and thus was super hot. The fan didn't help much. The location of the hotel is in a safe looking area and that was the only plus. Won't be staying there ever again.

Good location - Rude staff and No AIRCONDITION
After a long flight from US, when I reached hotel at noon, they asked me to wait unit 3 pm. Over and above that in that hot summer there was no air condition in the entire hotel. The issue was there for almost a month and it didn't show up in Hotels.com site. Further the staffs are rude. There is only one Manager and one assistant manger and I had never able to reach them via phone or in person. Be prepared to stay in small room (standard room) that has no space to place a big suitcase.

Great Location - bad attitude from some staff.
The hotel is in a great area (we stayed for Lollapalooza) but also only 20 minutes walk to Puteaux station. Hotel itself has been recently renovated and although the rooms are small, they were clean. The 2 complaints I have we’re the air con (out of order) which made the rooms incredibly uncomfortable despite the fan. From reading previous reviews it appears that the air con has been out of order for some time now. My main complaint was the attitude of the housekeeping staff, didn’t refill the tea/coffee any of the 4 nights we stayed and also repeatedly only left us one towel despite it being obvious there were two of us in the room. One morning, I went back to the room to find again that we hadn’t been left with tea/coffee, only one towel and the bed hadn’t been touched. I asked the housekeeper about this who was incredibly rude in response, a shame as the rest of the staff (front desk, waitress etc) were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

Lovely Hotel, but no wifi working!
Stayed before and it was fantastic, this time it was still very lovely however there was a couple of things that could be improved pr changed. We stayed for 4 night and the whole time we were there there was no internet. We asked for a double bed but got two single beds pushed together. There was a orange light i our bathroom that would stay on as there was no switch to turn it off. Our aircon for our room wasn’t working so had to use a fan. However apart from this we had a good stay here and I would recommend this Hôtel to a friend/family member.

Close, but no cigar.
I really like Best Western. However there were several problems this stay. Number one there was no air conditioning. They did have a fan and it was a little cool outside, but it was still a bit uncomfortable. When I came in, there was somebody else’s nasty trash in the bathroom trashcan. Also the coffee service was not renewed for the second night, neither was the fresh water in the fridge. The fridge also didn’t keep things very cold. then there was that noise. The door is two bedrooms close automatically, but they shut with a bang. This sense of vibration all the way into your bed waking you up. They need to change that right away. Also the cleanup service would bang your wall with the vacuum in the morning. Very annoying. Finally, one of the room service people came into the room without knocking even though the door was locked. I was not happy. I would also like there to have been a brighter reading light by the bed. The one they had was not nearly bright enough. The Decour is very nice and the bed is comfortable the front desk staff was also very nice. I was disappointed that the hotels site didn’t make it very clear that the AC was not working. Had I seen a warning, I would not have booked. I hope they can make improvements.

12 month without A/C
Stay away from this hotel, especially during the summer. Air conditioning is out of order since 12 months! I checked in at this hotel when outside temperature was around 28oC. To my surprise, inside the hotel was most probably 35oC as there was no A/C anywhere.

This is the worst experience. I booked a room for 4 people. When I arrived at the hotel at 12pm, the room 001 was cleaning and was assigned to me. I put the luggage in their front desk and went out. When I came back at 9:30pm, the front desk told us that there was no room for 4 people and the room 001 was assigned to others. He repeatedly said he only knew what the day-time staff had said and did not know any other things. He did not listen and did not try to solve the issue. He was rude and irresponsible. After argument, I had to stay in a room for 3 people. I did not get what I paid for but the hotel has no apology on this. They showed an uncaring attitude and was totally irresponsible.

The staff at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. An extra charge had taken place by a staff member when checking out, BUT, upon check in another staff member told me that charge was not going to be counted towards me. The staff obviously don’t know their own hotel policies and are not on the same page with running the hotel. The location of the hotel is terrible if you have taxi/Uber/ or personal vehicle to transfer your luggage.

Very bad experience with hotel staff
I stayed four nights in this hotel, which I chose because of the chain's reputation and the great location relative to public transportation. The hotel is located in a good spot with easy access to the bus and subway system. There are great restaurants in the Puteaux area that are within walking distance. The rooms are rather small and the amenities are basic. The bathrooms are very small, although they were clean as were the rooms. I did have to switch rooms after two nights because of a strange intermittent buzzing sound that would keep me up at night. The hotel staff wasn't able to explain the reason for this disturbance, but they were quick to accommodate my request to change rooms. But the lowlight of my stay was an altercation (yes, an altercation) with the person who was at the front desk one night because he essentially admitted to monitoring my movements about the lobby, to my room, and back (due to a non-functioning key) on video surveillance and thought I looked "suspicious." Suspicious was clearly a euphemism for profiling and rather than apologize once he had clearly verified my guest status he kept trying to justify himself and escalate the situation. Needless to say I will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to anyone if their life depended on it. Worst ever experience with hotel staff.
