Nice hotel in great location.Posted Mar 3, 2014
The hotel is very modern with really comfortable beds. It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. It is located in a nice part of Paris, very close to the metro and surrounded by wonderful patisseries, restaurants, bars, and shops. The Gallerie Lafayette is a couple blocks away and a Monoprix is right around the corner. On Saturday there is a wonderful open market a block away and on Sunday it is a local artisan market. If you enjoy walking, the Eiffel Tower is a nice 40 minute walk, otherwise all of the tourist spots is very accessible by metro. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel close to lots of theatre.Posted Dec 17, 2013
Pros: Location is great for seeing a lot of theatre. It's a small charming hotel and the room I had though small had a terrace with cafe table and chairs.
Cons: The mattress was far too hard and a bit too low to the ground for me. Otherwise, it's a great room for a single person (room 112)
Location: Did I mention the location is great and if you enjoy theatre there's plenty of it. Plus it's quick by train to get anywhere you'd like to go.
The hotel is only a couple of blocks from Tour Montparnasse and Gare Montparnasse so it's easily accessible to lots of different things to do and places to go. From the moment I walked in until the moment I checked out the staff were friendly, quick to ask if there was anything they could do and obliging me if they could.

Clean hotel and in a cute neighborhood!Posted Oct 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
I visited Paris with my mother and had a wonderful time. The hotel is conveniently located near two metro stops. The hotel room was clean and comfortable! The staff were all friendly and helpful, particulary Tega. Only complaint was about some noise from the streets during the night but nothing too bad!

Short break in ParisPosted Sep 7, 2013
Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, easy access to metro stations. Rooms are comfort and clean, majority of the staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Although check in time was two, we didn't gain access till nearly 2 hrs after.
Location: Well located, plenty of restaurants, and a bakery, so no need to pay for hotel breakfast, which was expensive. Montparnasse tower is close by.
Paris is definitely a wonderful experience, lots of sights, museums to visit, but be prepared to walk. Lots of choices in terms of restaurants and cafes, but be warned soft drinks and water is expensive be prepared to pay 5euro + for the privilege of drinking a coke. The Lourve is a must visit, with it's enormous collection of art work and the famous Mona Lisa. Make sure to visit some of the well known patisseries around Paris. The French are excellent at their sweets and desserts, make sure to pay Laduree, Gerard Mulot or Pierre Hermes a visit, for exceptional cakes, pastries and macarons.

Adjoining rooms close to the stationPosted Sep 6, 2013
Pros: Staff were multilingual. Close to the train station. Adjoining rooms.
Cons: Customer service: staff could be more personable. I think each guest deserves their own towels (bath, hand and wash cloth)
Location: The restaurants in the immediate area cater to tourists and tour buses jammed the streets. A few blocks away is much better.
Our family of 4 stayed at this hotel for one night on our way out of Paris after two weeks in France. We chose it for the adjoining rooms. Also we were able to walk from the Montparnasse station and the Hotel kept our luggage for us while we had lunch and waited for 2pm check-in. We returned at 2 pm and had to wait for 45 minutes in the tiny lobby for our rooms and when we got up to our floor the cleaners were still in the rooms. Normally this might not matter but we were keen to get settled and back out to enjoy our last day in Paris. No apology at all from the front desk and the rooms were mostly clean but smelled like stale beer and were missing a few towels etc. It was among the more expensive nights we spent in France (including Paris) and had the most careless staff - they did speak excellent English. They also charged us for ordering a taxi, not much but I thought that was unusual. The rooms were small but the beds comfortable. I'm not sure if the shortage of towels was an oversight or the norm.

moderns hotel in an excellent positionPosted Aug 31, 2013
Pros: terrific location, modern and the rooms were not too small
Cons: no problems at all
Location: The Jardin des Plantes offers a beautiful walk along a disused railway converted to gardens. Also see the Fondation Cartier pour l'Art Contemporain
well worth walking along the Jardin des palntes and visiting the nearby Fondation Cartier pour l'Art Contemporain which currently has a Ron Mueck exhibition
