As you know we have in France different types of 4 stars hôtels from 150 euros and 600 euros around and after it is the Palace.Our rates are around 180 euros and we obtain again our 4 stars this year. Regarding "home from home" : our guests writte about their experience, we do not forced them . We understand that we cannot suit to everybody The pictures of our hotel are made by a photographer, some by myself and some by the guests We do not mention we have a garden, only rooms with private terrace We really want to be honest and clear and I am very sorry that your experience did not correspond to your expectations Thank you again to tell us about that Sincerely Véronique Ellinger Director
