AC not working in our first room and hotel (small) full. Moved next am to another room. Much better. Staff fabulous and attentive to all needs. Patient and helpful.Less than 5 min walk to ecole militaire and straight walk to Eiffel tower with tower in view whole time. Small grocery store across street. Hotel breakfast a bit pricey but good.

Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the rooms!Posted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: There was a bath tub in Europe. This was huge plus for me especially. Many of the hotels we stayed in through Europe had smaller accommodations.
Location: Everything. Very close to the Eiffel Tower, only a 20 minute walk to the Lourve and there are many restaurants right downstairs from the hotel.
We requested to have a "room with a view" and the hotel staff was very nice to honor the request. My boyfriend and I could see the Eiffel Tower from the room and we were lucky to stay on the top floor (6th floor). The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was delicious. The concierge was very helpful in helping us plan our 24 hours in Paris, giving us maps and information about tour busses. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Small hotel with friendly staff in a good locationPosted Aug 27, 2013
Pros: Location and friendly staff. Large bed.
Cons: Little pricey considering facilities offered.
Location: Easy reach of Eiffel Tower
Nice clean hotel right next to a Metro with cafes within easy walking distance. Good breakfast at reasonable cost of €16 pp as much as you like. Tea making facilities in room and free wifi.

Great hotel near he Eiffel Tower.Posted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: We liked the location near a grocery store, bakery and restaurants. We appreciated having a refrigerator.
Cons: We really didn't need a down comforter in the summer.
Location: You can walk to the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants, bakeries, and a grocery store. The Metro station is just steps away.
Our room was on the street side so we enjoyed watching people in the neighborhood. Closing the double door kept the noise out. We could see the tip of the Eiffel Tower from room 202. Our room was very modern with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very nice and always kept clean. The staff was always very helpful.

Hotel le WaltPosted Aug 24, 2013
The biggest positive is the immediate proximity to the metro. The actual location is within a quiet residential area. It is a fair distance from the centre of the city but with such good transport links this hotel is a good option if you are looking for a good boutique hotel for a sensible price. The staff were well mannered and helpful and overall we had no complaints. If you are looking for a clean, safe and comfortable room and happy to be away from the centre (but near to the Eiffel tower), I would recommend Hotel Le Walt.

This hotel was perfect! The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. We were minutes from the Eiffel Tower, several street cafes, the metro and the surrounding neiborhood with it's views of the Eiffel Tower as we walked, was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again..but the next time will be with all of my family.

Fab hotel for a romantic breakPosted Aug 19, 2013
Pros: Location to the Eiffel Tower
Couldn't fault hotel at all !! Clean and well sized room (executive room) and really in the center of everything !! 8 min walk to Eiffel Tower and same to the Seine the other way !! Only possible niggle was not many staff visable, but didn't effect our stay at all ! Would definitely go back and stay again !! Wife definitely thought it was a 4 star hotel !! She said " I chose well "

Hi quality boutique hotel, located close to restaurants, shopping and metro. Easy access to the sights of Paris. It's a pleasure getting back to the hotel after a hard day enjoying the city.

No in great conditionPosted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room was a bit dated. AC did not work and they could not fix nor could they move rooms. Temperature reach 27 degrees C in the daytime. There was large amounts of mold around the window frame. The bath tub had mildew. I would not stay at this hotel again.
