A peaceful corner in the city of lights.Posted Jul 16, 2014
Nice location right next to the metro. A few min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Convenient location and quite neighborhood. Room is small, but decent. Rooms need updating. If you are lucky your room will be in the top floor. Those provide you a glimpse of the tower plus distance from traffic. Windows are not thick enough. You hear everything. The staff was great. There is a nice grocery store across the street open from 7-1130pm M-SA. Sun is from 9am. Near by parking is 34€ a day. Don't drive in if you can avoid it. Metro and Rail service are excellent. Overall the hotel does a great job to make you welcomed and relaxed.

Great StaffPosted Jun 30, 2014
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great and on our last night recommended a restaurant that was able to get us in towards the end of a long day.

Best experience ever!!Posted Jun 24, 2014
The hotel was very well located.. Just a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The metro station is steps away from the front of the hotel. There are several restaurants also steps away.. 2 local grocery stores across the street and an alley filled with bakeries, restaurants, bars, crepe and ice cream shops just a 2min walk from the hotel. The staff is very helpful and the room was very clean. It was the typical European bedroom.. The bathroom was big... The pictures on the website do no justice. The staff was very nice... They provided us with adaptors for all our devices and were very helpful in recommending where to go and how to get there. The breakfast was delicious and the patio was delightful. I enjoyed being able to walk downstairs to have my morning tea in the breakfast area. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Paris. Perfect honeymoon! :)

Pros: It was nice and homely
Cons: i know this may sound silly,I would like the breakfast to be like a regular american one

Excellent location and accessibility to the MetroPosted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: Safety and cleanliness always top my list - this hotel had both.
Cons: My only suggestion would be to bring a mirror. The only mirrors are in the bathroom (2). There were none in the bedroom.
Location: Easy walk to Les Invalides.
Our room was clean, bright and cool - much appreciated in early June. The staff were consistently helpful and pleasant. It is directly across the street from a Carrefour which made it easy to buy fresh fruit for the room. There are 3 excellent cafés very nearby to enjoy a glass of wine and people watching. There is also a pedestrian area a short walk away that has many nice restaurants. The area as a whole is very safe. Our room (front of the hotel) had a view of the Tour Eiffel. I would definitely recommend this hotel - and stay there again!

Exceptional Find!Posted May 22, 2014
We had a very enjoyable stay here. The reception could not have been more friendly (spoke very good English) with helpful tips on restaurants, trains, shopping etc. Very nice private courtyard for having a drink and catching up on emails (decent free wi-go as well). 10 minute walk to The Eiffel. Will definitely return.

Shame about the neighbours.Posted Apr 24, 2014
Pros: Friendly English speaking staff, good location, clean.
Cons: Slight intermittent sulphurous smell. Couldn't make out whether it was the air on or something else.
Location: Mentioned above
Executive room without view. Room adequate and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. A well positioned hotel within walking distance of Eiffel and Napoleons tomb etc. Metro station to hand. Many restaurants and wine bars in surrounding streets. Only setback for us were a couple of noisy young children who seemed to be left in ther room by their parents on occasions or who perhaps just ignore their screaming. Mentioned this to staff who did deal with it as best they could and who checked on them to make sure they were ok. Not the hotels fault and we've heard worse from adults in the past. So yes we would stay at Le Walt again.

Perfect ParisPosted Apr 19, 2014
Pros: The room was just as I had hoped and to be able to see the Eiffel Tower from it was a treat!
It was everything I had hoped, the locality of the hotel was fabulous, the room was lovely and had a real authentic feel about it. Our first time in Paris and it was faultless.

Brilliant! We will be staying again!Posted Apr 19, 2014
This is a lovely hotel in a brilliant location. The Eiffel Tower is a stones throw away. You get to experience the grand walk from the Ecole Militaire all the way to it. It is right next to a metro which is great although we walked everywhere as the weather was so good. There are lots of lovely restaurants and cafés nearby to sit outside and soak up Parisian life. We went to No 7 for dinner and it has a great atmosphere. Totally recommend this one! The hotel itself is perfect. I booked this as a present for my girlfriends birthday and she was so happy. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful and helped make the trip even better. Our room, which was on the first floor, was great. A really good size and a massive oil painting above the bed which added to the feel. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone! Staying here made what was an excellent and romantic break even better. Thank you Le Walt team.
