“paris perfect”

montalembert justifiably famous! neighborhood beyond perfect. door locks tricky and a pain. rooms super tiny but typical size for hotel du charme. only real criticism was zero water pressure and at times barely any water at all! also, scary news: seems a monoprix is going in right across the street! beware noisy construction on that project if you choose a (nicer view) front facing room.

“great location, worst possible service”

If you are looking to be on walking distance from all the attractions you can not beat this location. Rooms are very clean. If you are unlucky to be put in room 11, you will barely have enough space to pass by your companion. Do not waste your time attempting to change your room. The service is nothing to talk about, which is surprising having in mind the cost of the rooms (breakfast not included).
