“Good experience”
Overall we liked the Napoleon. We had a superior king room which was nice. The service at the hotel was excellent including the bar. The only strange thing we had was our king room had two ginel beds shoved together with their own bedding. And the bathroom could updating. But otherwise, the location was fantastic right near a metro adn the Champs Elysees. I'd stay here again.
“Excellent, Excellent, Excellent”
We recently had a five night stay at the Hotel Napoleon and could not have been happier. The location was a block from the Arc de Triomphe and two blocks from the Champs Elysees (plenty of shopping and restaurants), we even had a wonderful walk to the Eiffel Tower (it is a little bit of a walk, but is quite beautiful and you are there before you know it) The Metro was right outside of the hotel which got us anywhere we wanted to go, even Versailles and to Euro Disney. Did not have a chance to try the restaurant although we heard others giving great reviews. Room was very clean, very nicely put together and very comfortable....good value for the $$!! Would definitely stay at the hotel again!!
“Comfort and Elegance”
Napoleon is about 30 steps from the Arc De Triomphe, and close to the metro and right on the Champs Elysees. The staff were courteous, and the bar is well stocked, perhaps the chairs could be more comfortable. Very happy with my stay there.
“Good Hotel, Great Location”
Not a four or five star hotel, but nice and comfortable. Great location.
“A Return Guest”
My wife and I liked this hotel so much the first time we stayed there that we returned the following summer and stayed even longer. The proximity to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees is hard to beat. A metro station is just steps from the hotel and that puts almosts all of Paris at your doorstep. Good ambiance and good restaurant, too.
“Paris as Paris can be”
Very friendly personnel. Clean room and bathroom. Ideally situated for a tourist spending a couple of days as it is close to the center of tourist acitivities such as sightseeing buses. Would recommend it.
“Honeymoon at Napoleon”
Service is great, room was smallish, but European style. Maid service excellent. Bar prices a little steep - 27 Euros for two drinks and a coffee? Breakfast was buffet style , and expensive for what we received. Didn't have any other meals at the hotel, as we wanted to explore resuarants on Champs Elysees. Concierge was also helpful, professional. All staff did well at communicating (their English much better than my French.)
“Elegant hotel with small rooms”
The hotel is elegant , however , the rooms are very small and the furniture is old ; except the bathrooms which are well equiped with modern furniture . It forms a contrast whith the rest of the room . The beds are very small .
“"Wonderful in every way"”
My daughter and I just returned from our stay at the Hotel Napoleon. Our trip was her gift for college graduation, so I wanted it to be special and this hotel did not disappoint. The staff is friendly, patient and very helpful. The front desk is polite and willing to help. The concierge desk MADE our stay in Paris from helping us negotiate the metro, securing dinner reservations and excursions to supplying us with a converter when ours failed us. Our room - a junior suite- was spacious, clean and comfortable, a lovely place to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. We had a stand in shower and fantastic soaking tub in the bathroom. The location is a dream with the metro station at the top of the street within the shadow of the Arc d' Triumph. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a dream trip to Paris.
“Would love to be a repeat visitor”
