The people were nice. It is a safe, pleasant quarter. Good connections to the city centre. Amenities were minimal. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything going on three rooms away. No elevator.

No heating in the middle of November making sleeping difficult even with layered clothes. Room also smell cigarettes even though it’s a non smoking room

Clean Budget Hotel close to the train station& Bus
Hotel Neptune ensures checkin at late hours so it worked out good for me since I arrived at 1am. The hotel is very small and does not have an elevator. It was a struggle to get my suitcase up to the first floor. The person at reception was kind enough to help me with the suitcase at both checkin and check out. The room is extremely small, however I booked it with the intention of having being able to take a shower and get afew hours sleep before I started my Euro Tour. The room was very clean. There was no AC however, sleeping with the window open worked as it was cool enough. Keep in mind that this hotel is relatively cheap, therefore the amenities that comes with it are good for the price. I would recommend this hotel if you're commuting in Paris.

Budget hotel for one or two night stay
Not clean enough, a bit noisy at night (maybe because we are on then ground floor), but the location is good and have easy access to transit and restaurant.

The hotel rate is reasonable and they are very helpful. They helped us to arrange a big taxi (4 peoples + their baggages) to Orly airport in the morning. Improvement need on WiFi connection, rooms located above 2/F is not stable.

The hotel is very close to our tour's pick up point. A lot of good restaurants and shopping mall iin the area. There's also a grocery store and laundrymat close by. The Metrostation is less tess than 5 minutes walk.. The hotel is old but clean and the staff are very helpful. No elevator in the building and no airconditioning inside the rooms, but youcan request an electric fan. Free wifi with good connection.

Great location and excellent free wifi
Good location near restaurants and shopping centre. Website mentioned "climate control" so would have expected air conditioning, instead, only a fan was available and since it was quite warm, we had to open the windows and shutters which led directly on the pavement. The noise of people talking on the pavement and of vehicles moving less than 2 metres from the bed became a nuisance! The free and fast wifi was very helpful.

Bad experience in Paris with this hotel
(1) This hotel does NOT provide free breakfast, instead, it charges us $12(E8)/person. (2) This hotel charges you differently when you pay for with cash and with credit card, obviously, they will not file income tax if you pay for with cash. (3) This hotel hires summer student to cleanup and room services by paying the minimum salary to them. All these students are not properly trained. So you can image that what kind service you will get! (4) You can smell the smoking in the non-smoking room in this hotel.

... they asked me to pay when I was checking in, which is kinda impolite. And second, there is no lift, so if you plan to arrive with heavy bags, the first access to the room won't be so confortable. For the rest, this is a good 2-star hotel which is located in a very convenient position in Paris.

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est son atout principal. Chambre et salle de bain étroites. Linge propre mais sanitaires à revoir . 3 étages sans 'ascenseur . Pas de séchoir. salle de bain sans chauffage. Ma chambre au premier étage était propre agréable avec sa belle couette blanche. Côté couloir peu de bruit. Ronflements entendus de la chambre voisine, mais en sourdine. La proximité de mon lieu de formation, les restaurants à disposition l'accueil de la jeune femme du début d'après-midi très appréciés.

Good location, good value for money.
Good location, easy to access. Room was fine and quiet as hotel is facing away from the big road. Metro just around the corner. Parking right outside hotel available, but at 4 EUR/hour! We managed to find parkinghouse 500m away in the Itali2 shopping mall, for 48 EUR for 2 days.
