Very AccommodatingPosted Sep 17, 2013
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: Montparnasse tower and Lafayette shopping center, along with many many restaurants within close walking distance.
We arrived about 3 hours early on our 10-night stay and we able to check in right away. The staff all spoke English and were extremely accommodating. They helped with restaurant recommendations, directions, calling for an early morning cab, and much, much more. Special kudos to Badr and Lillian for the very pleasant greetings and going the extra mile on each and every request. The location was superb, as it is quiet, safe, there are close by restaurants, atm, pharmacy, small markets, and best of all, the metro station and bus lines! We were so satisfied with our choice of this nice hotel. We will be back if we can!!

On Montparnasse BoulevardPosted Jul 18, 2013
Pros: I liked being directly on Montparnasse Boulevard
On the positive side this is a wonderful location for access to all the brasseries, cafes, shops and places Montparnasse is known for. Though the hotel is small, most rooms face the boulevard, and there are free newspapers and journals, w-fi plus computer rentals, a breakfast nook which is expensive unless you come down after 10AM for a lower priced menu, and several English language channels on the TV. But the rooms tend to be small, little space to store clothing, the shower is a tight fit, as is the elevator which can't hold more than one decent sized person. The rooms have air conditioners for the heat of the summer, and there's even the possibility of room service. If you stay here beware of the street noise which tends to last through the night at varying levels of disturbance. In addition to excellent access to the whole neighborhood, there are a number of decent to upscale restaurants and bars close by. One particular bar appealing to students and younger travelers sits directly across the street. The south entry to Luxembourg Gardens is just around the street and access to public transport is great.

Modern Boutique Hotel in ParisPosted Apr 17, 2013
Cons: If u stay in one of the rooms in the first floor the noise is terrible, but if you request a higher room your stay will be pleasant and great !!
Location: Excellent !!
It's not as small as I would have thought. It is really clean, modern (which was a surprise for me in for the price). Room is a good size (for european standars) and the location is really convenient. You have access to the subway in less than 2 blocks. Great restaurants around. I would definitely go back there.

Noisy on the ground floor but good locationPosted Apr 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was in a good location, coming from CDG airport, the RER B was not too far away. The metro was also easily within walking distance. The local area has many restaurants and felt safe. The room was clean and had friendly staff. My main criticism is the ground floor room, which was noisy and I was awoken quite early with the preparation of breakfast and could here every footstep. I guess this is not common throughout the hotel though.

Nothing to write home about. Very good location for transport and decent restaurants but nothing else. Breakfast was expensive and bland, room was small and mine was next to reception so overall a noisy and rather unpleasant stay. Will not stay here in the future. Quite expensive for what it had to offer as well.

Wonderful, clean hotel, but a little outside of the area I thought I was staying in. The staff were kind and helpful to this first timer in Paris. I would recommend this hotel.
