Decent hotel, improvements needed.Posted Dec 1, 2013
Doesn't feel like a 4* at all. Superior room is more like a Premier Inn. Classic room is like Ibis Budget. Room was clean enough, but small. Toilet needs bleaching, TV screen is 17" and at the other end of a narrow room so extremely hard to watch. They didn't check me in a minute before 2:30pm and check out was strict 11:30am. They need to clean certain parts of the room better. Wifi was fine in the room. The hotel was close to two Metro stations which was a bonus and well connected. The street it was situated on was alright, but everything closes early so no hustling. Really it's a 3* hotel with a nice reception area.

Weekend stayPosted Nov 13, 2013
The room was in the back side which was not nice, like in the prison, could not even see the day light. Plus it was very small, though quite clean

Contrary to what l read about other hotels in Paris, l think Park Lane is a fine hotel. It's a few minutes from Champs Elysees, and there are two metro stations seconds from the hotel. It was very clean. In spite of the fact that I speak french, all my conversation with any staff members were in English and, during either shifts, the staff spoke English very well and they were very helpful, cordial, and very polite. According to other reviews from various hotels, I didn't expect much, but this hotel exceeded my expectation. I loved it.

Staying in the heart and prestige of ParisPosted Sep 5, 2013
Pros: It's location, cleanliness and the rooms are new.
Cons: It would be good if the cleaning staff won't knock on the door everyday in the morning or just open the door unexpectedly.
Location: The location is great with everything nearby like a metro station, the beautiful saint Augustain church and Starbucks was across the street.
Staying at Hotel Park Lane was very nice and convenient because it is located in the 8th arrondissement which is known for its safe and very luxurious neighborhood. If you want a clean, new hotel that is near to everything and has everything around it then Park Lane is the best choice! Thank you staff also because they were so helpful and kind.

Good hotel close to center of thingsPosted Aug 27, 2013
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent being close to good restaurants, and the metro system
As advertised, boutique hotel near to the center of things. The room we had was small but comfortable and recently modernised.

Internet is pretty much non-existent; everyday, my key needed to be re-coded - frustrating after walking up 3 floors

It is really good if you are looking for a basic hotel in a safe area. The room was clean and the staff were as helpful as they could be , there were good restaurants near hotel , it also seemed to be located in the business district . Visitors interested in luxury accommodation and a active nightlife will be disappointed.

Great "all rounder"!Posted Jul 23, 2013
Pros: Location, very friendly & very clean.
Cons: Cleaning with vacuum outside room at 8:30 on a Sunday morning!!
Location: Excellent for central Paris and close to metro station.
Very pleased with the hotel and room. Well placed for getting about Paris, metro station close by and only 10 minute walk to airport bus stop. Air conditioning very welcoming in Paris summer heat!!!
