The hotel is placed in one of the best corners of Paris. I enjoyed walking from there to the Quartier Latin. The Panthéon is just on the opposite side of the Luxembourg gardens (one entrance is only 200m from the hotel). One morning I even went to jog in the gardens. Very good experience for a reasonable price. The stuff at the reception is also very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and rooms, although tiny, were comfortable. As a female solo traveller I felt safe walking around the area and during my stay. The location is ideal. Lots of nice cafes such as the infamous Cafe de Flore around the area and shopping. 20-30 minute walk from landmarks like the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. Located in the 6th arrondissement so some things are a bit pricy but the area is charming and convenient if it’s your first time visiting Paris.

The hotel has a decent breakfast, front desk staff was fantastic! the room I stayed on first floor was a bit noisy near the street level and it was very tiny even hard to move around for one person. The room was very clean. The best of this hotel is conveniently located for public transportation, near the Luxembourg Park which is the cherry on top on the cake! and near various subway stations, buses with no AC but most of the time on time, train station to and from the Airport. Overall a good hotel!

This is a fine 3 star hotel. The rooms are modest in size but pleasant. Staff were friendly, and i had a very nice time there. My colleagues stayed at somewhat nicer hotels but paid about twice as much. This hotel was a good value.

Superb !
Old style outside with uptodate sound and lighting systems, comfortable beds (twins), opening French doors and ensuite shower. Very clean. Can walk to The Seine, Eiffel Tower, Rive Gauche etc. Aircon too!

The staff was extremely friendly at this property! We had a great time enjoying drinks before bed in the small dining area. The rooms were clean and a bit on the small side. The one thing the rooms didn't have was conditioner. We were only there for one night and I didn't pack any as I assumed they would have it - therefore could not wash my hair. The breakfast was included and was quite good! Breakfast consisted of croissants, cereal, bread, yogurt, coffee and tea. Very cute place!

From the excellent reception to the comforts of the room, everything was outstanding. The receptionist was above and beyond helpful to my mother and I during our stay. Breakfast was excellent and we felt like we were at home.

The room was adequate, shower great, aircon was amazing! The lift was horrible, it was tiny and bounced as soon as you stepped in. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room.

Great location, rooms are small but would absolutely pick this hotel over staying in 7 or 8. Each room is different so not like staying at a chain hotel. Family room is 2 different rooms side by side with no connecting door. We were very happy with this hotel for our stay and in hindsight would have selected it again. Traveling with 7 & 9 year old kids.

Return to Paris
The hotel staff were professional and responsive to comments. The sink in my bathroom was slow draining and they immediately fixed the problem. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet and capable when needed for comfort. While street noise is heavy at times, particularly during a late morning sleep, I was pleased with the hotel, and extended my stay another four days. I will return, and recommend this hotel.

Very tight place with everything so small
I traveled with my family and I found it very bad hotel as the rooms were so small that hardly we could walked, beds very dirty and washrooms also very small. When I asked for refund the manager refused and we had to stay for my whole 6 days.

I understand that it could appear to be too small fro North America standards. France and specially historical center of Paris is different. As far as refund is concerned, sorry again but hotel could not refind you since you booked for a pre paid and non refundable special rate directly to expedia and not hotel. This hotel is not bad, but not great either for the money we paid. Overall it serves its purpose of giving you a place where to sleep while on vacation, but the room and bathroom are tiny and there’s barely any space to move or even open your suitcases comfortably. The staff was helpful when we had questions, and the location wasn’t bad, even though I would recommend choosing a hotel a little bit more central. Overall I would say this is an okay hotel, but don’t expect anything great.

Great location by the Jardin de Luxemburg, 20 minute walk to the Ile de la Cite.. Room small but OK, contained everything we needed.

Rooms are a bit small, but really well appointed and outfitted. The room I stayed in was probably the best small hotel room in my experience. That said, I'm a tall man and it was a bit awkward moving around the rather compressed bathroom (bathtub was too narrow for me to even stand in).

I chose this hotel because of the location! Around the corner from the Luxembourg Gardens and lots of cafes. The rooms are tiny. To open your suitcase you have to put it on the bed. 2 people cannot move around the room at the same time, BUT they are extremly clean and the bed is quite comfortable. The staff is very nice. Affordable, well located place. Wpuld stay there again for 1 or 2 nights.

Quiet neighborhood and clean rooms. For a hotel in Paris the rooms seem average size, but are relatively small. The bathrooms were nicely redone and were bright and clean.

Nice Parisian hotel
Basic, but comfortable rooms in a convenient location. Rooms have decent AC. For Americans used to US-style hotels, the room was more basic, dated, and small than US norms, but above average for French/Parisian hotels (and I've stayed in many). The street and neighborhood are pretty residential so it's also quieter than many tourist-dominated sites. What really sets the hotel apart is its excellent staff--friendly, helpful, accessible. I was also able to get into my room early after an overnight flight, which was greatly appreciated. Excellent breakfast for 10 Euros. I plan to reserve again next time I'm in Paris.
