We had a very short stay(2 nights), we had a welcome fruit basket and candies.. The Hotel is a nice old building. We had a room with a view of The Eiffel Tower.. very nice. I would recommend this hotel.Our only probem was the "climate control" in the room. We put on "snowflake"but ot still blew hot air, granted it is April and not that hot yet, but it would be nice to cool down after walking around the city all day and difficult to sleep in stagnant air.. We opened the window, but the bugs came in. Our last night, we asked for a fan.

No sleep due to noise (buzzing from air conditioning unit which I had to turn off and open windows). Very small room, did not feel like it was anything like in pictures. Very costly considering couldn’t even have a good rest.

The only thing that could improve would be the shower. It had a shower wand and not a fixed shower head. For a tub bath it would have been an excellent.

I would not recommend this hotel and i will never go back there. Dirty, poor quality and expensive breakfast with unfriendly staffs, except Victoria at thd front desk. The guy for night shift, left the phone on busy mode so he did not reply to calls, but he was sleeping at thd back while working. Very old fashioned hotel, not feeling comfortable to take bath, smelly bed sheets. I dont understand why this hotel is 5 stars? I barely give it one star. It is very formal, unfriendly environment. I did not like it, i did not enjoy my time over there, and i never recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel in a perfect location. While I wish our room were bigger, it didn’t impact our stay. The rooms are nicely appointed, it’s very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the convenience of being in this part of town made a huge difference on our overall stay. I would definitely recommend the property and would almost likely return.

The Hotel is beautiful and provides its guests with an intimate and elegant ambiance. Service was very good and the staff is young and friendly. Restaurant is very good and will get better. The hotel was in a great location, the staff were fantastic and friendly, the room had pretty much everything we needed and they replenished and cleaned twice daily. The elevators were good, the main negative was that the view was not as advertised. We paid for an Eiffel Tower view room and to get the view of the Eiffel Tower we had to climb out onto this tiny balcony and look to the left and see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The step up to the balcony was very high and difficult to climb over and climb back in. The other negative was the bathtub, very high to step over and into as it was a soaking tub that was built up, there should have been a grab bar to assist due to the slip hazard as the shower sprayed everywhere as there was a half glass wall on the back side which didn't stop the water from the shower splashing all over the place.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast and great location. Only thing I didn't like is that the concierge tried to sell us tickets to Versailles that cost 3 times what I could get them for myself (which I did). Other than that, great place to stay.

Quiet Hotel in a Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s on a quiet street but still within walking distance to many major sights like the louvre, the Musee D’Orsay, the Musee Rodin, and others. The staff were some of the friendliest Parisians we came across! The room was a bit small but it’s typical for Europe, otherwise it was extremely clean and had a good amount of storage. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The Hotel Pont Royal was a wonderful stay for us. We arrived for 11-night stay in the Junior Suite Eiffel View to friendly people at the desk, and a chilled bottle of champagne in our room. Throughout our stay, they left us random gifts in our rooms, like flowers, snack basket, French chocolates. Very thoughtful. They were very accommodating in arranging taxis for us everyday. The housekeepers were very nice and helpful. And the view of the Eiffel Tower from our two balconies was gorgeous and great to see it sparkling at night every night before bed. The hotel is in a great, quiet location, the staff are fabulous, and I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in a great area of Paris!

Lovely 4 star hotel. I said it right, it’s more of a 4 star hotel. The staff is amazing! Very nice, welcoming and super helpful! Would we stay there again? Absolutely, if we’ll get some sort of discount or VIP perks for room upgrades.

Great hotel, highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was everything you would expect from a 5 star establishment. Great service, location, amenities, the most comfortable bed and cold air condition. It is adjacent to one of Joel Robuchon restaurants. What stood out to us was the attentiveness and attention to detail by all staff especially the front desk clerk (Asunta) who recognized it was my wife’s birthday and had balloons brought to our room on the day! We will definitely be staying at Hotel Pont Royal the next time we are in town.

The most fabulous staff we have ever encountered, there was nothing that they were unable to fulfil. Our suite with view of the Eiffel Tower was beautiful, super comfy beds and very luxurious. An easy walk to the Louvre and multiple restaurants / bars. We’d highly recommend to anyone who wishes to stay in the beautiful heart of St Germaine

We stayed here for one night before flying home and I wish we could have stayed longer. We had a balcony room with a wonderful view of the city. It was an exceptional experience. We needed to order room service and it was excellent, the food was great and all of the staff were helpful and attentive.
