The entire hotel is a unique experience. Due to the well-preserved old architecture, all the rooms have their own individual form which is further enhanced by fine art work. The service is extremely friendly and efficient. My suggestion for further improvement would be an evaluation of the lighting conditions e.g. for shaving and reading. However, that is a minor point.

Property was fun and authentic. Staff was very polite and approachable. After staying for several days, they knew our name and room when we entered the hotel lobby. They asked about our day and adventures—genuine and offered travel advice.

So I booked this hotel because so many reviews were positive. The best thing of this hotel is the location. It’s a perfect location for easy walk ability to everything. My room was not good.. supposed to be a king bed was two twins pushed together, lighting horrible, no plug in bathroom, hair dryer - ancient. They keep hour keys when you are gone and 3x door to hotel was locked and had to wait for staff. The blond receptionist was very rude.. other staff very nice. I would not rebook this location. But it does meet affordability and location needs if that’s priority.

Spacious bedroom with tub and toilet, in separate rooms within the bedroom and a small balcony. Enjoyed the option of having breakfast at the hotel. Amazing location, a short walk to the Louvre and surrounding sites. Staff were very friendly. Karim was very helpful and provided excellent directions on how to take the metro to Charles de Gaulle airport.

Excellent location for walking around historical areas of London. Facility is older, but the room we stayed in was very clean, bed comfortable, and had new bedding. The hotel staff - especially Fleur, was excellent. (She was the main person we interacted with.) She made us feel very welcome and accommodated our need for an early check in, answered our questions, and even provided a map and directions.

I really adored the property & my charming room.. The staff was very friendly & knowledgable about the neighborhood & helpful to me for planning an outing in other areas of the city.. And there’s one of Paris’s top cocktail bars Right next door.. Arbane, it’s worth a stop & I run high end Cocktail bars in NYC!!! Merci to the Hotel Conti for a lovely stay in Paris.. Charming, quiet, clean. I had a lovely suite on the second floor overlooking a courtyard. Quiet street but a quick walk to the Quai along the Seine between the Pont des Arts & Pont Neuf. Metro stations across the Pont Neuf or down the Quai. They hold the room key when you leave, someone is at the desk 24/7.

I liked that he hotel is centrally located - walkable to many attractions and various dining options. However, the property is not in a good shape and the staff is not friendly - overall, very poor condition compared to other hotels in this neighborhood.

Love this place
I was in Paris attending Maison et Objet. This hotel was exactly what I was looking for -small, intimate, in the middle of St Germain. My room had a small terrace in the inner courtyard, roomy bathroom and a very comfortable bed. I will be back!

The room was very dark. I understand that the building is old however there should be an overhead light in the room. Electrical outlets in bathroom and by the desk did not work. We had to ask for a bath towel.

The staff at the hotel was great - very helpful and friendly. The room was the weirdest hotel room I have ever seen. The bed was in an upstairs loft, the small middle level was unusable, and the bathroom was on the lower level. If you get up in the middle of the night to pee, you have to descend two sets of narrow stairs in the dark. Very strange place.

Had a wonderful week stay here at a solo traveler from San Francisco. It truly is in the best location. I only ubered twice and that is because i went far out of the city. Staff here are friendly and speak English enough to get by. Rooms are on the smaller side but it is exactly what i needed for a solo trip. Will definitely stay here again

The hotel is on a quaint street in the middle of many art galleries. It is completely walkable to many things (Louvre, Notre Dame,Pantheon) but is also in an easy spot for ride hailing. The hotel accommodated any early check in, was very clean and super quiet. The staff were very nice and I loved the brand of shampoo and shower gel!

The property is small and charming but old as expected so limited on space. Nice breakfast and excellent and friendly staff. The hotel is just a half block from the Seine so very convenient to tourist sites and just a few blocks from lots of restaurants.

A fairly dated hotel that was categorically "average," in that the plumbing worked and the room was clean, but everything was a bit tired. The A/C worked but was not very effective. The staff were kind and accommodated making up my room early one day when I was feeling poorly and needed a rest. Another staff member knew I had to get up early on the morning of my departure and gave me a gentle (unrequested) wake up call to make sure I got up in time to make my train, very kind! Very walkable location close to St Germain and all of the major bridges!

Quaint hotel right where you need to be
Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. I didn't have the breakfast that they offer so I cannot comment on that. The room we had was multi-level with the main floor, a small elevated seating area and the loft for the bed and a couple of stools. It reminded me of my cousin's apartment in Paris, so I can only assume that this is the Paris norm. The lobby is a little small but looks very nice; the rooms however could use a little TLC. The carpet on the stairs to the loft in our room were torn up. The shower had a pane of glass that only went half way along the tub so water would splash on the toilet and tiles even when trying to avoid it. Other than though, the amenities are nice and the location is excellent. Bring comfortable walking shoes because it felt like you could easily walk anywhere you wanted from there.

Quirky place in a great neighborhood
I stayed at the Prince Conti twice in two different rooms. The hotel is charming but quirky. Each room is different and has its pros and cons. One had access to a little deck with a table and chairs. Another had a steep, narrow staircase and a little sitting room with a pull-out sofa. Staff is helpful. Neighborhood is lively with lots of restaurants and cafes and easy access to the Seine, Notre Dame and Luxembourg Gardens.

I was not aware of the mezzanine 3 levels in my unit which is charming but inconvenient. Two flights of steep stairs to use the bathroom. The lower level was also poorly lit so not usable. The location is excellent near the Pont Neuf and rue de Buci. Facilities need maintenance, moldy grout sink and bathtub stop did not work, towel warmer did not work, no iron or ironing board in the room

The location was excellent. I walked everywhere. Did the hop on hop, small little market around the corner. My room was perfect. City view. Most of all I felt very safe being there solo. This is a 18th century building with 6 floors. The entire staff was pleasant. My last day all my arrangements to get to the airport was made by the staff. Stayed 4 nights. I would highly recommend. Also go on their website and check all the different rooms they have. There are rooms in a small courtyard which is very quiet. Some have there own private patio.

Decent hotel I found while searching on Google Maps and Expedia. We stayed for 3 nights. Location- no comparison. It can’t get better than this in Paris. In the Saint Germain/Notre Dam area. We walked to almost every place. Didn’t take the metro even once. Bathroom- quirky. The bathroom and the washroom are separate- which fine enough. The bathroom has a glass door with no option of covering it. If you are a couple it’s fine but any other combination and it can be a show stopper. There is only a bathtub with no curtain and the whole place gets wet when you take a bath. There is a very small mirror and for some reason on the side of washbasin and not in front. In the washroom area no place to wash hands. Room- decent size. But the stuff of really old. The door was almost withered- it was white wood in places where people’s foot or hands would have touched it. Don’t know if it is by design or no budget. We had a twin room, the two beds were separated - but they were like hospital beds- with clamps in the wheel- and they were not stable. And most importantly one of the balcony doors didn’t lock. The balcony was a nice touch. Wi-Fi is excellent. Service- outstanding. Julia, Anna and the cleaning lady- just awesome. Will I come back- maybe not. If you are traveling alone or just going to spend the night in the room, and need a great location, then choose this.

During our Stay NO AC working! Only one night they move us to a different Room but the next day AC not working at all . They gave us a Electric Fan to use the whole week our Stayed … the Employees our very helpful but the management of the hotel are really poor. Some guest our Complaints too same Problem what we have in our Room.. they offer a free breakfast for two days . But our Entire Stayed it’s Hot and inconvenient at night Cannot Sleep because it’s summer time like what I Said AC not Working! Technician came one day before we leave going back to U.S ! And he check but he don’t have a parts ? Lol and he said 4 Rooms No AC at All!! We arrived July 10 we leave July 16 ! We have one day only with AC .. I’m not recommending that hotel .. and I’m not going back there Too. The location was Good !!

If you are looking for an air-conditioned property, this hotel is not for you. The AC broke the first day we were there, and the hotel did absolutely nothing except offer us continental breakfast as compensation for our suffering. We tried to seek a partial refund through Expedia (who lists this property as part of a package option), but to no avail. It is unethical to advertise an air conditioned stay and when you don't deliver, do nothing. We had chocolate gifts that were ruined and it is at our expense. I do not recommend. I am also very disappointed in Expedia, when they were the broker, and they offered only a handful of points. I expect more.

This is a small boutique property. It’s small BUT, very cute and clean. Close to shopping and food. The staff was friendly. When we left, we had to leave the key at the front desk but, someone was there 24 hours and they had a safe. I would stay there again.
