Lovely hotel, great location for sight-seeingPosted Apr 5, 2015
Pros: Friendly service, very reasonable rates. Excellent transport links.
Location: Lots of places to eat in the immediate vicinity. Didn't explore the district too much other than for food as time was limited in Paris.
Highly recommended hotel for a short stay in Paris. Stayed here for three nights in March whilst visiting the city with my parents. We booked two rooms (one twin, and one double) which were much the same in décor - twin slightly more spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. After some deliberation on check in we decided to take the breakfast which definitely was a good idea (a large spread of continental meats, pastries, cereals, juices and some warm food sausage/eggs etc was on offer). Large communal areas and bar which is really relaxing to sit out in whilst planning your evenings / recovering from the days events. Nicely decorated throughout as per the images - also heavily perfumed in sandalwood... the smell will be very familiar to anyone who has ever shopped in a Hollister shop! Rooms were economically spacious... just enough room to walk around the bed without feeling too cramped. I'm told these are fairly large for Paris where hotel space is limited. Our room (the double) was on the front of the hotel and I was really surprised how well insulated it was from noise outside... couldn't hear a thing! The twin room was at the back of the hotel and was equally as quiet. Running out of characters so the other bit to mention is this location is excellent. Four different metro stations all within a five minute walk provide easy access to all of Paris... if you're up for the walk it took us (slowly) 20 minutes to stroll down to the Louvre.

alles was in orde.

Schickes Hotel in sehr guter Lage.Posted Mar 17, 2015

Well located hotel near city centrePosted Mar 9, 2015
Location: Well situated and a pleasant walk to the Louvre, Arc de T and Eiffel tower along the river (1.5 hours stroll to the tower)
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast (but make sure the scrambled eggs are heated up!). Room was small but very adequate. Nice bathroom. Couldn't hear the street noise at all even though the hotel is right on the street

Romantic Getaway in ParisPosted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: Room at front is best / Walk in Shower / Club room is very spacious.
Cons: Variety of food during breakfast
Location: Central location, easy access to tourist attractions, close to metro, plenty of restaurants/cafés nearby.
My girlfriend and I were on a bit of a budget, but we really wanted to stay somewhere nice for her first visit to the city. After much deliberation we found this hotel and I can honestly say we were very pleased with it from the get go! The room was larger than I was expecting bearing in mind that Paris rooms in my previous experiences have not been massive, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast the next morning was just right. Only criticisms are that the breakfast, if one is fussy about food, did not have much variety, otherwise on the whole it was a lovely hotel and We would definitely stay here again.

AffairePosted Feb 12, 2015

Posted Feb 1, 2015

Beautiful hotelPosted Jan 19, 2015
We stayed here for 4 nights and had an incredible time in Paris. The hotel was lovely. We were suprised to find we had breakfast included which was great. There was a metro link only a few minutes away. And there was also a secure room to leave our luggage on our last day
