Great place to stay while visiting ParisPosted Apr 19, 2014
Pros: Very clean, very pleasant staff that spoke English. Rooms were very good size for European hotel.
Cons: Noise issues should be temporary while renovation underway. There is street noise at night for rooms facing the street.
Location: Very close to 3 Metro stops, shopping areas, cafes, etc. On a small side street.
This hotel was recommended by friends who frequently visit Paris. Very conveniently located to Metro shops, walking distance to shopping areas. The only down side was the breakfast room was under renovation. Breakfast was available across the street or with room service. Due to the renovation in progress and some street/sidewalk work, there was some construction noise during the daytime hours. My room overlooked the atrium, so there was no view but was very quiet and protected from any street noise. The rooms are quite close together, so any talking in adjacent rooms could be heard. Would recommend ear plugs for sleeping.

great locationPosted Dec 9, 2013
Cons: we were in the accessable room ...shower hard to use-water went every where... but great to know hotel has handicap accessable accomodation.
Location: great restaurants in the area;not far from Galleries Lafayette, Laduret, Fauchon & Hediard. close to metro.
perfect location-came to paris via eurostar..really easy to get to the hotel-one stop on RER. could walk from the hotel to almost every where! Staff were very helpful too.

Nice Hotel, away from busy streets.Posted Oct 9, 2013
Pros: Hotel located on a rather quiet side street. Staff have been very accommodating and friendly.
Location: Location near Printemps, Galleries LaFayette, and the Opera. The Louvre, Place Vendome, and Place de la Concorde within easy walking distance.
I have stayed at this hotel several times, and like it very much. They are in the process of modernizing the rooms, and the prices have gone up about 30 %.

fantastic locationPosted Oct 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
the hotel is located just steps from the Havre-Caumartin metro station and very near the Madeleine neighbourhood, which is a very charming place. There are also many restaurants and amenities nearby.

Excellent servicePosted Sep 15, 2013
Pros: Any business is as good as its people and they are good
Location: The hotel is located in an ideal position with walking access to many of the main attractions. Numerous cafes, patisseries , shops and restaurants.
We booked at the last minute due to a train strike but on arrival we were attended to almost immediately. Staff were professional and friendly and spoke excellent English (a sharp contrast to our pitiful French). Our room was very clean and had air conditioning. Not much more to say other than it ticked all of our boxes - good value for money

nice hotel--hard to findPosted Jul 4, 2012
Pros: clean & comfortable
Cons: hard to find

the clerk who checked us in was fabulous, helpful & friendly. AC was wonderful, especially at night. little hard to find--get better directions from RER walking, or get taxi.
small, awkward but nicePosted Jul 4, 2012 on Hotels.com
great location. nice area/neighborhood. small room as expected in paris. the pillows were horrible. the shower was very clean& new but awkward to climb into and the door on the shower is only a half door so the entire bathroom got soaked. the staff is helpful, nice. I would stay there again since Im flexible enough to climb over tight areas, awkward shower. overall, nice place.
