Great location and price but definitely budgetPosted Nov 4, 2013
Hotel is a great location, very near to the metro and close to scare coure which was lovely! Room was very clean, the bathroom was very clean and the bedsheets etc! That was all good. Only problems were that the safe didn't work and the walls are pretty thin so it did get very noisy on occasions and prevented sleep. For a budget hotel though i can't complain as you know it's not going to be perfect but it was definitely good for the price.

Good ValuePosted Oct 26, 2013
Pros: Convenient to Metro and staff helpful with directions, etc.
Cons: It is an older hotel and the rooms could do with some remodeling but they are clean and fairly comfortable.
Location: Located in Montmartre section of Paris, a ways from the city center. Nice neighborhood near the Sacre Couer Cathedral in the highest point in Paris.
Conveniently located close to Metro stop in a nice area of Paris. Several good restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and the room was quite adequate. The hotel is somewhat rundown but everything worked. The internet connection was excellent. It is somewhat noisy at night because of partying down below.

Good city location very close to the metro stationPosted Oct 20, 2013
Nice, simple hotel in interesting area, lots of bars and restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Price little to high comparing to other cities in europe but it was worth it.

Pros: Bilingual staff. Good price.
Cons: Thicker doors and windows for blocking out noise
Location: Metro stop next door (with a lot of stairs) made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. If you are looking to NOT get a good night's sleep I would recommend this hotel. The street noise and outdoor cafe noise was terrible even with the windows closed. Could hear all conversations that took place in the hallway. Clean.

It is a dump and please remove itPosted Oct 5, 2013
Pros: Not a thing.
Cons: Your company will be doing tremendous services for he future customers if this hotel is removed from your hotel lists.
This place is a real dump and I would like to ask you remove it from your hotel lists.

Great location but ...Posted Sep 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel has a great location near Sacre Coure and the metro station. But the noise from the busy street did not give us a chance to sleep. The room did not have A/C and we had to keep the windows open but even if closed, nothing could stop the noise from cars on the street, people having dinner on the cafe downstairs, sirens of police cars and people in the hotel itself. We came from the USA so we arrived at around 9 am and I was surprised to be informed they did not have any rooms available then. We had to wait until check in time at 2:30 pm. We were running almost on 24 hrs with no sleep. Later in the week I realized that the maids were coming around 10 am to clean the rooms. The room and bathroom were very small but still workable and also spotless. Although it had a great location, if I ever have the opportunity to visit Paris, I will look for a quieter place.

Clean and funkyPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed at a lot of hotels during a 2 week trip, and while the Roma Sacre Coeur did not win a prize in most categories of comparison, it was a nice place to stay for the price. Staff were helpful, location was excellent, and breakfast was more than adequate. I really do think the cleaning staff take their job seriously. Checked for bugs, as we did everywhere, and could find no traces in the bed or elswhere--which is saying something of an old hotel in the middle of the city. I would have been happy to stay a few more nights. We are around 50, American, and don't mind very small rooms which are par for the course at this price range and in an old city. If you are pleasant to the front desk, they will be just as pleasant to you. Thanks Hotels.com. Good service.
