This is linked to the history of our house: they are former rooms of nuns who took care of war invalids...However, during your next stay, we invite you to take 1 or 2 room categories above your usual in order to be more comfortable, the size of the rooms determining their category...As you note so well, my teams are delighted to help you during your stay. Our elevators are small because they are in buildings classified as historic monuments, and we did not have authorization to touch these stair spaces... Dear Maggie,We try to understand your comments but translation is difficult.I understand that you requested twin beds and having checked your reservation, my teams actually made an error. They should have redone the bed straight away, but from memory you mentioned that it was no big deal, we could redo it the next day, which was done. We are very sorry for this team error.Regarding welcome products, they are normally provided every day. For environmental concerns, we are now forced, within the framework of 4-star standards, to wait until the tubes are empty to replace them. Of course, just dial 9 to call reception and ask them for additional welcome products, we will be happy to bring them to you immediately :)Concerning hair dryers, there are some in all the rooms: they are placed in the clothes cupboards. Here too, all you had to do was ask, we would have explained it to you...Regarding breakfast, all the products required for 4 stars are available on the buffet, as much as you want and on request. The buffet is stocked with fresh local products, and we avoid abundance generating waste, but you can help yourself as much as you like and ask for scrambled eggs which are cooked to order for more freshness.Don't worry about disturbing us, serving you is our pleasure and the quality of your stay is our priority. Dear Jesse,We had upgraded you to a Junior Suite to please you, lost!... We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the dancing restaurant opposite the hotel. They have just reopened, and it is very complicated. Following negative comments from several of our guests, a study is underway to improve sound insulation.Indeed, we do have air conditioning, but it is reversible air conditioning, hot in winter, cold in summer. IN mid-season, depending on everyone's tastes, this can be unpleasant.
