Great StayPosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Great location and local Paris feel to it. Friendly helpful staff with anything we needed.
Cons: Maybe more TV access to sport channels would be nice.
Location: Great location for local food and cafes. Easy access to metro system bus or subway.
We loved staying here. Really friendly staff and great location. We loved the local Paris feel like we were really living in Paris not just tourists. The food shops and restaurants nearby were a delight.

A Good Place to StayPosted Jul 5, 2014
I stayed here for a month and was quite comfortable. The room, on the fifth floor, was very nice. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Everything was clean. The only problem was the rather thin walls, but if the neighbors are reasonable, it's fine. The thick panes in the windows kept out the street noise. The neighborhood was great, Pigalle included. As single, older woman I felt quite safe at all times.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, excellent stay.Posted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: The location, the staff, the cleanliness/tidyness, the size of the room and en suite bathroom.
Cons: A kettle in the bedroom would be an excellent addition.
Location: 1 minute's walk from Pigalle, so excellent metro access to all of Paris. Sex shops & clubs are not nice, but we ignored them & they didn't bother us.
We had four days/three nights in Paris and this was a perfect hotel on a budget. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was small but perfectly adequate, nice clean linen and clean floors. Good shower and lots of clean towels. The room was quiet too which is excellent. We had a lovely time. A kettle in the room would have made it perfect!

Nice hotel for the pricePosted Jun 7, 2014
The hotel is small, like everything in Paris. But for the hurry we get it and the price it was nice. They were doing improvements on the lobby hope they are ready for the next time.

Room had a musty smell. poorly equipped and entrance was undergoing renovations - probably needed it Although only a 2 star hotel I felt it was not really up to that standard.

Good bargain in the heart of MontmartrePosted May 21, 2014
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: At the price I paid, not much.
At the price, I wasn't expecting much. Our room was small, and, yes, the walls are thin, but no one is in Montmarte to stay up late watching T.V. What a pleasure it was to get up early and walk down the street to enjoy great bakeries, produce markets, and all the joys of rue des Martyrs. Front desk staff where friendly and very helpful. You can't beat this location. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was good in the shower.

Short time in ParisPosted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: Price and location
Cons: Insulation between walls would help.
Location: Walking distance to Montmarte. We walked to Louvre twice, all down hill. Pigale metro kind of slummy. Anvers is better.
The hotel has a great location for walking and catching the metro. You get what you pay for. Great price for in Paris. The walls are fairly thin. You can hear your next door neighbor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. For a no frills stay, great place to stay.

Excellent place for the moneyPosted Feb 21, 2014
This place was an excellent bargain especially by Parisian standards. The location was very good near the Pigalle metro station. Many brasseries, pastry shops and good shopping in the area. However, for those who smoke this is not the place for you. It is a totally non-smoking hotel. When I return to Paris in the future I would definitely consider staying here. Very few amenities. A microwave would be nice. Place was under construction doing renovations so very noisy between 9-5:30 weekdays. Plan to spend your time elsewhere unless you don't mind the noise.

Hotel is comfortable and cleanPosted Feb 7, 2014
Pros: Location is ideal for strolling around the sites of Pigalle.
Location: Walking distance to Pigalle metro & bus terminal & Moulin Rouge for night entertainment. Also very near the Red Light spots.
Staff were pleasant enough. Unfortunately I was there during renovation time, so was a bit noisy.

Good location, value for money.Posted Feb 2, 2014
Pros: Near to Metro station, centrally located, friendly staff, daily cleaning services, hotwater/heater during winter.
Cons: Add more power points & provide dustbins inside room. Provide hot water for drinking inside room > its available only when the dining area is open.
Location: Pigalle is quite centrally located, so it is very convenient to travel by Metro, We bought the all day metro pass for EU6.60 daily > recommended.
The hotel is conveniently located about 5 mins walk from Pigalle Metro Station. Once you exit the station, cross the road on the left, walk past the supermarket, then turn into the first left turning. After a 3 mins walk, you will reach a cross road with traffic lights, you will see the hotel on your left. There are nearby shops for food and such. Plenty of hot water during winter, heater in room and strong wifi in room. Room is very basic, but given the price we paid, we didn't have high expectations to begin with, but at least it is clean and there is daily cleaning services. Reception is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there is only 1 power point in the rooom, which can be inconvenient if you are twin sharing, but the hotel is a good choice if you just need a place to sleep on a short trip.
