“convenience at an affordable price”

The location was perfectly convenient ( 5 min walk from metro and Orly bus stop), the staff were thoroughly friendly and convivial (spoke both English and French without any issue), the room was wonderfully neat and tidy (a blessing in Paris). Naturally the shower cubicle was small - but that is Paris.

“Nice place to stay”

Very clean and reasonably comfortable hotel for its price. Very friendly English-speaking staff. Located in 3 min. walking distance from metro and RER stations, so its very easy to get to/from Airports (CDG and Orly) as well as any part of the city. Not too far from the Garden of Luxembourg Great hotel for its price!

“Good mid-range option”

This hotel is conveniently placed near Denfert Rocherau metro station and is quiet, comfortable and clean without being luxurious. The decor is a bit old fashioned (lots of flowery wallpaper) but if you want a reasonably priced option without any frills I would recommend it.

“Mostly good”

Service staff was good, and receptionists spoke good English. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good, though expensive. Hotel was clean. The pillowcases on my bed were worn. No air conditioning, but pretty good ventilation from the large window, although it wasn't hot when I was there. I returned in the middle of the day one time to discover maintenance tools sitting on my toilet. I had not been warned that anyone would be in my room that day. The maintenance guy came back to work on the toilet while I was still there. Kinda awkward.

“Amazing location but thin walls”

This hotel is in an amazing location for those on a budget, literalt metres away from a Metro station and a few hundred yards from the rail link you can't go wrong. WIth many shops and restaurants on the surrounding streets. The only thing wrong was that the hotel was undergoing renovations which didn't bother us but if you wanted a sleep in you would struggle. The walls are a bit thin but nothing too unexpected. Overall I am very pleased with my selection and would definitely stay there again!

“Great little Parisian hotel”

Great little French hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. Great location to public transport and easy to access all parts of the city. The hotel is nothing more and nothing less than what it claims. It was small, clean and safe. If you are looking for a cheap hotel with no thrills this is your place.

“Nice Enough”

This hotel was nice, friendly staff. The room was tiny (we had a giggling fit when we actually got in the room couldn't beleive how small it was) but that's ok, went to Paris to see the city not stay in the hotel room. Really close to the metro that takes you direct to Notre Dame area and only one change to get to Eiffel tower. A little bit out of the centre but no problem on the metro. And again hotel staff all very friendly, spoke english and able to point us in the right direction.

“Nice location, Friendly People - Could use a fan in the room.”

The location of the hotel is great - a short walk from Denfert Rochereau Metro where there are 2 metro & 1 RER lines. If you come from Orly airport the "Orly bus" goes direct to the station. There are also 2 grocery stores within a couple of blocks, a wonderful street filled with markets & stores. There are many restaurants nearby, including 2 McDonalds, a Starbuck, and a Pizza Hut (next door). To have McDonalds close to the hotel is really helpful 'cause that's the only place you can grab something to eat either really early in the morning or very late at night. The people at the front desk are really friendly and helpful. The room is small but that's the way it is in Paris. It would be nice the have a fan inside the room since it can get really warm.

“practical and cost effective”

The hotel is situated within walking distance of Denfert-Rocherezau station with direct connection to metro, RER to CDG and bus stop to Orly. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked well and the service was generally very good. It is by no means luxury, the rooms are small and bathrooms are retrofitted like many such hotels in Paris. But as a place to sleep and conduct limited business it is OK for a very affordable price. Neighborhood is fine, many small and cheap restaurants not far.

“Value and Convenience”

Stayed for 4 nights by myself in a single room in May. Very reasonable rate and the hotel is extremely convenient to the Metro (two stations within a quarter mile) and the RER train and buses that run to both airports. The metro stations are a few stops from the major attractions, but nothing unmanageable. The room, though nothing fancy, was quite adequate - clean and decent sized (although the shower was a bit small). To be honest, I didn't spend too much time in the room, but why would you if you're in Paris? There are many restaurants nearby, as well as several groceries stores and street markets. The room fridge was a nice perk. Seemed to be a very safe, lively and well traveled area. Not a luxury hotel but for someone looking for a good value hotel (students, young couples, tourists, etc.), I would highly recommend.
