Good hotel with close walk to rail to southPosted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: Hotel clean and staff helpful. Aircon was quiet. Breakfast good.
Close to Montparnasse for trains to Versaille and Chartres. Walked to Eiffell tower (30 min) 1 disappointing feature was a shopping complex opposite.

Excellent and convenient for great pricePosted Jun 22, 2014
Small but lovely room just across from la Tour Montparnasse. Great price for such a convenient location. Room was small but very nicely furnished and decorated. Great bed with very nice bedding and draperies. Desk, closet. Bathroom is small and only has shower. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great level of valuePosted Jun 17, 2014
I was surprised at the level if value of value at the value at the Waldorf. I booked it last minute due to train strikes & being stranded at Montaparnasse & got a great price of 67 Euros. The hotel is so close to the station, it's brilliant. There's also plenty of cafes & supermarkets nearby which is handy. On arrival it looked clean but small & a little aged in the reception, but checking was fast & friendly. The rooms have obviously been renovated though. Yes, they are small (this is paris!) but clean & very nicely decorated. As others have said, the doors are paper thin so you can hear others in hall, but earplugs should sort that :) All up I was very pleased with my experience & would recommend it to others.

Clean hotel, close to metroPosted Apr 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
The staff was friendly and room was clean. Close proximity to the metro which was convenient. A little disappointed that our room wasn't ready at 5pm when check in was a 2-3pm.

Great location near metroPosted Mar 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
I spent a night here and the best part is the room and the location. Very surprised at how nice the bathroom was, especially after the halls and lobby are dated. Overall nice hotel and would recommend if yo need a place close to metro.

Handy for Montparnasse Tower & railway stationPosted Oct 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the reception staff and service could have been better. You have to pay extra for tea/coffee making facilities in your room. We asked for this and were told none was available that day. The following day we had to ask twice for the service. The hotel was opposite the Montparnasse Tower and a few metres from the railway station. A good choice of eateries were within walking distance.

Paris stay for two nights.Posted Oct 15, 2013
Pros: Proximity to Gare Montparnasse.
Cons: Air conditioning needed and cleanliness.
The hotel is very near Gare Montparnasse which is a plus to go around Paris. Not a good place to stay during warm weather as they do not have air conditioning just heater. That did not work either.
