Look elsewhere

Pros: The bed.
Cons: Breakfasts!
Location: The location between the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de triomphe is good.
This hotel really isn't 4 star quality. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, but otherwise this isn't a very nice hotel. The breakfasts in particular we're disappointing. There are a number of hotels in the area that I would try before going back.

Nice hotel, great location

Posted May 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
Located within a 5-minute walk of the Boissiere metro station and a dozen restaurants in a beautiful neighborhood, this well-appointed hotel was a welcoming home during our stay in Paris. The restaurant's breakfast was a little overpriced (IMO), but the family-run patisserie across the street has a nice selection in the mornings. The 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower has charming, and I would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit.

Great Location for the Eiffel Tower

Posted May 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is in a traditional parisian building situated in a good district. A well appointed room and friendly staff made this a great venue for a 5 day sightseeing trip. It is situated in a great location for walking to both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe.

Decent Stay

Posted Apr 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Waldorf Trocadero for one night as part of a week-long vacation. The location of the hotel is the best part- walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and the Siene River. Luckily, we didn't plan on spending too much time in our room- which was very small. It was well maintained but in need of some updating. The carpet was worn and the bed was a bit sagging. I would stay again, but not for any length of time.

Small neighborhood hotel with all the amenities

Posted Apr 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
I really enjoyed staying here! The staff was very kind and spoke English. The room was not huge, but wasn't cramped either, like some of the reviews I'd read. It was clean and updated. It was just a short walk to Champ Elysses and the Eiffel Tower, and both of those locations were stops for the big red city tour bus. The price was exceptionally good and everything exceeded my expectations. My only complaint was when I asked for assistance with a cab to the airport. They used a seemingly private service that overcharged with less than stellar service.

Great for foodies and marathoners!

Posted Apr 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
I stayed at the hotel to run the Paris Marathon and it was conveniently located between the starting and finish line. This is not a super touristy area so the restaurants are actually very good in the area. Subway was very close just a block away. Hotel was clean and rooms were normal size by European standards. Staff was helpful and accommodated my early breakfast routine for the marathon. I would definitely stay here again!

Good hotel. Great location

Friendly staff who are happy to help. Minutes away from the arc de triomphe and 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower! Only issue was there was no kettle to make tea or coffee in the room. Something a lot of us British need. I would definately stay again.

More Motel 6 than Waldorf

Posted Mar 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
I am not sure I understand how this can be a 4 star hotel. It is not a Waldorf in any way. Just a simple French hotel is a not so attractive neighborhood. The hotel is old and smelly. You can do so much better in Paris than this hotel.
