“We will definately return.”
The people at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. We could not ask for a nicer experience.
“A nice hotel”
A very nice hotel. Room was small, considering the price! Really a room for single person. Would have liked to have an additional 15 square feet. Otherwise, quite nice. Fitness area good, as was the steam room. Staff friendly. Able to have a pot of coffee in the morning -- without taking the entire breakfast, which is unnecessarily expensive. Would go back (if I care to splurge again).

“A perfect Paris hotel”
Beautifully decorated hotel with good size and clean rooms. Very friendly staff and everyone speaks English. Everything works including air conditioning in the room. The Location is perfect. The little bakery around the corner is easily one of the best in the city. We love Paris!
“Great stay in Paris”
Great traditional French hotel. Very charming. Some. Areas could use updating, like hall carpet, but generally well kept. Would stay again.
“Hotel in a good location but not good value for money”
I have always stayed at the Park Hyatt which is next to the Westminster as it is in a convenient location.Unfortunately for this trip most of the 5 star properties that I usually stay in were full so I thought I will try the Westminster The hotel is nice but for the price of USD 500 a night,I expected better service and room standard The room I paid for was a deluxe category but it was really small, drab and not well lit I asked the Concierge to book a table at Le Meuice but was told it was full.I called the restaurant myself and got a table!
“Good, not better flor less money”
The hotel was good. No real complaints. But I go to Paris for Paris, not a hotel room. There are a lot of other places I've stayed for a lot less money that were more than acceptable. I guess it all depends on what you want. Personally, I would rather put my money into meals than a room.
“Would Stay Again”
Our overall experience was outstanding with this hotel. It is a typical European hotel with excellent service from check in to check out. The staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The location of this hotel makes it a winner and we would definitely stay again.
“Our favorite hotel in Paris! We'll be back!”
We love so much about the hotel. First and foremost, the staff, especially Gerard, the Chief Barman. They are very accomodating, warm and friendly. The location is awesome. We walked everywhere and it's nice being so close to Gallerie de Lafayette.
“Dated and expensive”
room was less than impressive for the money.
