Best view in paris:-) nice walking distance to..

. Nice walking distance to Arc de Triumph, Champs-Elysees- Eiffel Tower and Seine River . Nice Shopping mall is very close (palais des congrais) . Rooms are clean but not much facility for a five star hotel (e.g. Coffee maker, Iron board,...) everything is on demand . Best view in paris! . Staff are very nice and helpful

Convenient Location

Pros: Location and rates
Cons: Rooms need to be renovated, and if they advertise "King Bed" so they have to have King beds, not joining beds together
Location: near Champs Elisee and Metro
It's a nice hotel with convenient location and friendly staff, but the rooms need to be renovated, and when I booked I specifically booked a "King Size Bed" but when I reached the room there were two double beds, so I called the reception, and she said "Yes, I will send you someone to put them together"!! when I said no, I want a king bed, she replied "Sorry sir, we don't have any king beds at all... what we mean by king bed, is joining two double beds together"!!

Ottima posizione x i congressi al palace des exposition. Ottima vista ai piani superiori. Unica nota negativa stanza 32 al 28 piano il muro interno con macchie di colore scrostate. Pessima visione e finitura per un hotel di questo tipo.

Able to walk to all the hot spots

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel
Cons: The sky bar prices were high
Location: The Major sites are in a distance that you can walk. It was great walking and not having to take a cab
I had a wonderful time in Paris. Having a nice hotel to come back to was outstanding. It was close to all the major site seeing spots.

Old hotel, small room, terrible customer service . The only good thing abiut this hotel is the location, close to the mall and subway.

Chambre petite et veille sans confort

Pros: Le lobby avec le piano.
Cons: La salle de bains et les lits.
L'hôtel semble luxueux, mais la chambre était trop petite. On avait demandé un grand lit et on nous a informé que tous les lits sont separés et qu'ils allaient l'unir. Pas confortable. On était deux adultes avec un enfant de 3 ans, mais on n'a eu que 2 serviettes, deux oreillers, etc. Pas de confort dans la salle de bains, ni assez de produits.

More like a 3* (but expensive for 3*)!

Pros: One concierge person in particular was amazing! Location good. Eiffel Tower view from room was very nice.
Cons: Certainly needs a refurbishment. Some customer service lessons would go a long way.
Arrived. Booked one king bed in reservation. Received room with bed made up as two singles....ok, no big deal....on asking to fix, they then put two singles together, and left single sheets etc. Took another call for them to change out linen to King Bed! Room showing its age. Chipped tiles, dirt spot on carpets etc. Heard it is being refurnished next year. TV broken....another call. Basic amenities - no alarm clock in room. Needed laundry done....no answer from house keeping for many hours, finally some one answered, past cut off for regular laundry by 20 mins now I had to pay extra....could not be bothered to argue! Asked reception if they could change currency. "No" was the answer. Asked concierge, now all of a sudden there was a place in the hotel that done this.....ask the right question to right person, get the correct answer! Else good luck. Food not the best. 3* hotel at best.

This hotel should be de rated regarding the stars

Pros: Only the lobby and the location
Cons: Full renewal should be done
Location: Location is good espically that it is near the metro station
The hotel furniture is very bad and very low class comparing with 4 stars hotels. I never see like those rooms before. Also there is a bad smell in the rooms. It is shame to rate this hotel as four stars hotel. It should be clearly showen in the room pictures if this room is under the renewed section (renewed before 7 years) or the old section.
