Very pleasant stay

Enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Paris. Stay were all very helpful and courteous. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. We would recommend to friends and family.

Never again

Pros: The location and the shopping mall next to it.
Cons: The room furniture is bad and dirty. It should be changed
Location: A lot, shopping visiting museums and attractions
The receptionist staff were not cooperative. We arrive early because of flight timing. I knew I can not check inn before 3 PM. But the problem they show theire carelessness about us and did nothing to help find any solutions for almost 8 hrs waiting before check in. As we arrived by the taxi, no one offered to help in transferring our big baggages and we had to move 4 pieces inside the lobby without a trolley. Breakfast was very bad. Same food for 4 days. They charged me 50 euro for parking my car for one night while I found my car next day just in the front door not in the parking area! Over all it is one of the most bad experience that I ever had in hotels.

Disappointing that Hyatt put their name on this.

Pros: The staff an closeness to a grocery store.
Cons: Combining two rooms into one. Quality control on housekeeping.
The hotel staff were helpful to an extreme. All requests were dealt with in a pleasant, prompt and professional manner. It is nice to be near a shopping center with a grocery. The room was not big enough to have a chair in which one could sit and read or watch TV. The only seats were a bar stool height chair that was for the shelf that was a desk and a very low footstool without a back. The tub is raised and difficult for an older person to enter and exit. The bathroom floor was dirty in the corners and there was mold along the tub and under the door. The linen distribution was eccentric. Some days we got 4 towels and some days we got none. Some days we got five washcloths and other days we got none. The cloth used to clean out the tub was left in the room one day. Do not be fooled into thinking that because it is a Hyatt that there any quality in the accommodations. This is a third rate hotel with a wonderful staff.

great location

Pros: good location and friendly service
Cons: old facility
Location: many hot spots in Paris
공항리무진 및 샹제리제 거리 등 이동이 편하고.. 지하 메트로와 연결 등 위치는 만족하나 시설이 너무 올드함... 처음에 들어섰을 때 방이 너무 비좁아서 깜짝 놀람.. 미국 스탠다드 기준에 비교해서 상당히 좁은 편이고.. 어메디티 역시 너무 없어서 실망.. 하지만 위치 하나는 만족스러움.

시설은 별루지만 위치가 좋음

시설은 오래되고 별루여서 놀랐지만 전망과 위치가 좋음,가격대비 나쁘지 않음, 호텔 뒷문과 컨벤션센터 그리고 전철역이 연결되어있으며 슈퍼마켓과 각종 상점을 이용할수 있고 rer등을 편리하게 이용할수 잇음,단 지하통로에 상주하는 집시들을 조심해야함

Hotel staff was pleasant otherwise I was disappointed with the deluxe room with the view. Hotel needs to do some renovating.

エッフェル塔が見える部屋です。

部屋は、狭いですが、エッフェル塔も凱旋門も みえるので、部屋からシャンパンFlashを見る事ができて、とてもよかった。 また、スタバやPAUL、スーパーも隣接する建物に、はいっているので、朝食や買い物にも便利。 スーパーは、9時から営業してるので、帰国日に チーズやバターを購入して持ち帰りも可能。

Good Location for Metro and Restaurants Not 4 Star

Pros: The hotel is in a good location for metro, with the Porte Maillot station just south of the hotel. Great Restaurants in neighborhood!
Cons: Facility is old and in need of major work which I hear is coming in the near future. Get a room with good air as the windows only open a few inches.
Location: Great Restaurants just steps from the hotel! Close to Metro / Easy transition to historic area by Metro or RER. Good shopping at attached Mall.
Decided on a last minute 3 day vacation to Paris. Have been many time before always stayed in the more historic/touristy areas near Chatelet & the Louve but rooms were short so decided to look outside of the historic area but wanted to be close to Metro and Restaurants. I found this hotel though Expedia's unpublished rate offer. I didn't know which hotel I would get but put in 4 star and the area and hit book. After getting my confirmation I started looking at the reviews and was initially somewhat disappointed but the rate that I got was almost too good to be true. It was only for 3 nights so how bad could it be! Upon arriving at the hotel early from the US there were only a few people checking in ahead of us. By the time we were finished checking in there were over a hundred people in line to check in. Don't let the staff hit you with the exorbitant charge for the service bar guarantee. I protested and this fee was waived as I told them I would not be using the service bar or eating in the hotel. I found this highly unusual. This could have been because we had paid in advance through Expedia. The bad reviews were not far off, yes the water in the bath did go from warm to ice cold to scalding hot without any warning. The air conditioner did not work in the room initially but after a service all we were comfortable. Pros - Good Location for Metro and Neighborhood Restaurants Cons - Would never ever stay her for published rates. This is a 3 star hotel at best
