Run down , cramped rooms

If I'm paying top dollar for accommodation , I expect more rooms were cramped , told them we are on our honeymoon and they still gave us 2 single rooms , room service had nothing to offer after 11pm

The hotel room, decor and state of facilities is not up to the mark. The hotel is close to place you want to visit but everything else is disappointing. Not a 4 star hotel.

Good price

My room was on the 22 floor . The view was good. The hotel is very close to everything you want. Transportation, restaurants, shopping and tour effel 30 min walking. The carpet in my room was so dirty and the hotel need some renovation for sure. The price I paid was cheap compare to 5 or 4 stars hotel that why I'm not complaining. You get what you paid for . Anyway great location and cheap price.

Location: Easy access to the metro at Porte Maillot
Very nice hotel for the price I paid (the unknown hotel name until booked), even the best rate compared to many other not as clean and not as starred hotels in Paris

Hotel overated

Four stars hotel, with small rooms. Bad smell in the first room assigned obliges me to request a change. Breakfast incredible expensive. Conveniently suited near a metro station and airport buses.

The reception staff were very nice to deal with. Mahala was the best. The concierge staff was top notch - Very helpful and very patient with us Americans.

80s deco, the car park is full of tour busses and so are the guest at the hotel, u pay 30 euros extra for rooms with views of the eifel tower, did i mention the 50 euro overnight car park?

Paris Hotel Near Arc de Triumph

Pros: Location, location, location ! Reasonable cost at hight of season, and staff were really pleasant and helpful.
Cons: I think the renovation taking place will sort out some of the problems we experienced.
Location: Champs-Elysées, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, shopping mall next door at the Palais de Congres, corner shop.
Great location! The hotel staff were professional and very helpful. We had to change our room twice on the night of arrival due to very noisy guests in the original, and second room we were given. However, for our troubles we were given a great room on one of the top floor rooms that had been renovated with great views of the Eiffel Tower. To be fair I think the lower floors where the rooms had not been renovated yet were not sound proof; they were clean but very old fashion. I booked the original room on line and perhaps it was a good price for mid summer because of the lower standard - it may pay to check these details before booking. In the end it was a very pleasant stay, and reasonable cost for what we ended up with. We did not taking the option of breakfast.

Nicely located hotel. Good for short stays

It's a nice hotel. Seemed to be popular because the lobby was always busy. Not much facilities for relaxing after a long and busy day. Staff were okay but could have been more friendly !! Breakfast was very basic while expectation from this hotel was much higher.
