More like a 3* (but expensive for 3*)!

Pros: One concierge person in particular was amazing! Location good. Eiffel Tower view from room was very nice.
Cons: Certainly needs a refurbishment. Some customer service lessons would go a long way.
Arrived. Booked one king bed in reservation. Received room with bed made up as two singles....ok, no big deal....on asking to fix, they then put two singles together, and left single sheets etc. Took another call for them to change out linen to King Bed! Room showing its age. Chipped tiles, dirt spot on carpets etc. Heard it is being refurnished next year. TV broken....another call. Basic amenities - no alarm clock in room. Needed laundry done....no answer from house keeping for many hours, finally some one answered, past cut off for regular laundry by 20 mins now I had to pay extra....could not be bothered to argue! Asked reception if they could change currency. "No" was the answer. Asked concierge, now all of a sudden there was a place in the hotel that done this.....ask the right question to right person, get the correct answer! Else good luck. Food not the best. 3* hotel at best.

This hotel should be de rated regarding the stars

Pros: Only the lobby and the location
Cons: Full renewal should be done
Location: Location is good espically that it is near the metro station
The hotel furniture is very bad and very low class comparing with 4 stars hotels. I never see like those rooms before. Also there is a bad smell in the rooms. It is shame to rate this hotel as four stars hotel. It should be clearly showen in the room pictures if this room is under the renewed section (renewed before 7 years) or the old section.

Excellent Location.

Pros: The service is excellent. Only one unpleasant encounter we had , we did a late check in and the receptionist wasn't pleasant.
Cons: Concierge staff should be a little bit more accommodating to needs of the customer.
Location: Very convenient to all , from the airport to the restaurant and metro, you couldn't ask for more.
Convenience is the best I could describe , when you take the Air France shuttle the drop off is just at the back of the hotel, the metro train is just next to the hotel. Surrounding restaurant are great. I would say the " BEST", wont hesitate to go back to this hotel. We normally go to Paris at least every two years , this one of the best hotel we've been.

worst hayatt ever

compared to the price we paid, and to the hayatt standard for hotels , this was thw worse choice ever , the room was very small, old decoration , the toilet had a probel and teh pedit was not working , in bathroom , you can only find the shampoo and soap , nothing else of bath accesories is offered

Terrible experience!

Pros: nothing
Cons: lot, provide good customer care.. one expects quite a lot when £300-400 pounds is paid for a night!
Location: location is good
Unfriendly staff, the rooms are really bad and not worth what you spend. (£350 for a kings room - no way!) doesnt even look as good as a travel lodge or a premier inn room! This is my third time in Hyatt on business, but never ever would go again as I felt the staff were really rude and wasnt willing to help. They made me run around to 17th floor twice as the keys were non-functional, so called non-smokers room smelled like hell..extremely bad interiors and pathetic lifts. inspite of charing such high rates for the room, I had to pay for the breakfast and water (£16 for a bottle of water!) and even the wifi is not free (apart from 1mb or something!!) Bad! They failed to count my qualifying night on the hyatt card just because I had booked through expedia! what an excuse

need a full re-furbishing

Pros: nothing much really .
Cons: close the Hotel ( or at least a section of it) for a year and for a total remodeling.
Location: you are in Paris at 500 meters from the Champs Elysee.
Not to the Hyatt standard. This Hotel needs a total new look. from the darker lobby i ever entered in to the dirty carpet inside the rooms

Best location and view from the rooms on top floor

Hotel is right in the middle of city center with in walking distance to all attractions. Rooms and furniture are kind of old but location is the best

Very good hotel

Right in the centre, very good experience, no fuss, clean and great connections, close to the airport bus, metro. I enjoyed my stay in the city that never sleeps. Will definitely come back.
