First ClassPosted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: The Staff
Location: Very close to the Metro Sation through a Shopping Mall making easy to explore Paris.
We had a great time in Paris and this hotel is so nea tor all the main sites either by foot or Metro. The Staff were first class and were always on hand to help you and made you feel very welcomed. The rooms are a good size and have everything needed to make for a good stay.

For an event at Palais des CongresPosted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: This hotel was in the perfect location for attending an event at the Palais des Congres, well located, and transportation of all varieties available.
Cons: This hotel should finish renovating the rooms!
Location: Palais des Congres, Arc de Triomphe, Champ-Elysee
If you are attending an event at the Palais des Congres, then you can't beat the Hyatt. Yes, most of the rooms are out of date but they are clean and comfortable and the service is excellent. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants across the street and most are open late. Most of the rooms have not been updated and they are not fancy but they are roomy by European standards. Beautiful views. Walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe and Champ-Elysee. Stations for train, metro, bus right on sight and it is a pick up/drop off location for Les Cars which provides an inexpensive bus service to and from CDG and Orly. There is a mall between the Hyatt and the Palais de Congress which also provides a few places for coffee (including a Starbucks if you are so inclined) and a pharmacie in case you forgot or are in sudden need of some personal items. It will be my choice of hotel for future events at the Palais des Congres but not for every trip to Paris.

Beware of the NOT 4* floors!!Posted Mar 1, 2014
Pros: The reception, staff and shopping centre next door!
Cons: Rooms on the 11th floor very outdated!
Location: Nice location,40 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Great shopping centre attached to the hotel, nice boutique shops! Some lovely restaurants close by
We had two rooms connecting and there was five of us but the rooms are small and only sleep two so it was cramped. We we're put on the 11th floor and it was like something out of the 1970's!! Really out dated and the whole hotel should not be clased as a four star as this is really misleading. The floors that were revamped looked up to date but we were disappointed with ours :(. I think that they should make sure they are not fooling their customers by false advertising. Luckily my children were just happy they could see the EiffelTower from the room (the only bonus). The reception is lovely and the staff extremely friendly. Tip: pay online for parking around the corner as this hotel charges 50 euros a day!!

Horrible, they try to take your money.Posted Feb 23, 2014
Bad experience. The workers were not pleasant. They try to add extra fees onto your credit card. You can't get ice unless you pay them $5.00 Eur.

Nice hotel for the pricePosted Feb 17, 2014
We got a great deal on this hotel. The room needs a renovation - a bit below the normal Hyatt standard. The roof bar is a great view of the Eiffel tower but the drinks are PRICEY! €25 for one! All in all a great deal and a great location. The Air France bus to CDG leaves from right outside the hotel and is the fastest way to travel there.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your nice comment. The bar la Vue is indeed very nice and the cocktails are just delicious; The “Valentino” is one of the best. For your information, the hotel is going to be renovated this year. The renovation will include a renovation of the Hotel’s guestrooms and refurbishment of its public areas. Our goal is to curate a unique experience and provide our guests with a memorable stay. We will be more than happy to welcome you for a future stay! Best Regard,

Nice hotel ,shopping centre and metro connectedPosted Jan 28, 2014
Veryyy nice hotel and loved the fact that the metro is connected to hotel as it was very handy to get around paris. The shopping centre inside is good to you will find Sephora, Hugo Boss and armani etc also a cinema We were initially given room on floor 25 and it was terrible and outdated .. I spoke to lovely girl at reception and she gave us a room on floor 6 which was fab. Floors 1-10 are renovated so please ask for those floors if you would like a modern room A few things that i didnt like was that there was no kettle in the room and no iron (you need to go down to floor 1 and use iron room:/) But overall i would definitely stay there again :)
