Pros: Rooms were clean
Cons: Staff training, be open about with the issues like Lift is out of order.
Issues including 1. Reserved & paid 2 rooms but only one room booked. 2. Lift was out of order and no porter, our room were on the top floor. 3. Presented with bill for what we had paid already. 4. There was no presence of management to deal with customer. 5. Staffs at front desk were poorly trained. We arrived at the hotel just before middle night 4th Oct 2013, we booked and paid 2 rooms but at arrival we were told only one room was booked, I had to call and email Expedia myself to only find out the mistake was at reservation team at ISIB side. After we checked in we were told that the lift was not working and no porter to carry our luggage. our rooms were at top of the hotel (6th floor). When we made out way up to the 6th floor, the door card wasn’t working, after much struggles when we managed to get into the rooms then there were no complimentary water in the room we had to make our way down to buy water ourselves. Following morning we were promised rooms at lower floor by the front-desk so went up packed our luggage leave them in the rooms for hotel to move us. When we came back in the evening, we were told because we were not there to move the luggage therefore rooms at lower floor were gone. Expedia team did offer to move us somewhere else we were only there 3 nights, I have Hypertension and friend travelled with had knee injury and had been operated on, none of us were fit enough to carry our luggage.
