Perfect for reaching all of Paris. :)

Pros: It's location and being so close to two metro stops. Anvers and Blanche. And it being clean and comfortable. Great value for money.
Cons: I never had any problems.
Location: Fantastic. Not in the most glamorous neighbourhood. But in a busy and safe place. And close to everything.
My friend and I booked this hotel last minute for a two night stay in July. The hotel was clean and comfortable and well maintained. The rooms were basic but perfect for what we needed, there's so much to do in Paris that you don't spend much time in your room. The bathroom was clean and fresh towels were given to us each day. The shower was good and had great pressure. Shampoo/shower gel was provided. There was also a hair dryer in the bathroom, it wasn't the most powerful but definately done the job. The beds were very comfortable. There was a tv in the room, although we never used it. There were plenty coat hangers which is awesome being two girls travelling and over packing as we do. And the air conditioning was great. The hotel location is brilliant. Sandwiched in between two subway stations making it accessible to reach anywhere in Paris. And close enough to walk to the sacre couer in 5 minutes. It took us 15 mins to walk to galleries Lafayette. And maybe about half an hour to walk to the louvre. Which is perfect. There are plenty supermarkets near by and restaurants. And we were a 5 min walk from the moulin rouge. Monmantre isn't the most elegant part of Paris, however it is convenient and accessible. It's on a busy street and there are always people about, which I like. Overall, definately book this hotel. It's a great little clean, well looked after hotel. It is priced very well and you won't be disappointed.

Recommend this hotel

I had a very good experience in this hotel, we chose this hotel due to the proximity to our friend¨s apartment. Well located, next to the Sacre cour, metro station and even the train station that is at walking distance from the hotel. Excelente breakfast, but I do have a comment to add, one of the rooms that was given to us initially, had a very bad smell that came out from the toilet, when we requested another room, it was granted to us, just had to wait for the availability of another one. We went sightseen and on the our way back, we had our room available. No problems with the language, at least one receptionist could help us in English. Very nice reception staff, specially Noeli and Dalna.

Perfectly placed for the Sacre Coeur.

If you want a hotel that's perfectly placed for the Metro and variuos local sights, then this is the place for you. If you have children with you then this is definitely NOT! This Ibis hotel is right in the centre of the red-light district. The rooms are fairly small, but you probably won't be in it for very long.....this IS Paris after all.

The smallest room that I ever stayed. It was like jail.

Rooms were clean. Location was god. very close to Metro (Anvers). However, the room that I stayed was exteremly small. In the bathroom, I felt as if I am in plane toilet. If you have closetrophoby, you can not stay in the rooms (room numbers :101, 201, 301). 3 days later, they changed my room. It was okey then.

Noisy but reasonable otherwise

Good location for arriving from Gare du Nord (10-15 minute walk) and two metro stations very close by for getting into the city. Room was small yet comfortable, but very noisy both from the street and the room above. Staff were helpful and courteous. WiFi access was not free as I had expected from the description, but actually quite expensive. Overall the stay was reasonable for the price, but if I go to Paris again I will look for somewhere a little further out to get a cheap rate but quieter and more characterful accommodation.
