I enjoyed my two night stay. I unexpectedly had a view of the Eiffel Tower from my room! I loved being able to watch the Eiffel Tower light up at night from the comfort of my bed. The location is great. I was a solo female traveler and felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is placed conveniently next to the metro and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants that served very nice food both in evening and for breakfast. Also was in walking distance from Eiffel Tower.

The hotel itself was nice. the rooms are very very small. the staff was friendly and helpful. I had my bathtub overflow and they accommodated me with another room right away.

I will start by saying that to me the service is the most important part. I was surprised with how uneducated and rude was the people in the lobby, besides Johnson that was polite and pleasant, our encounters with the personal weren't nice, so if you want to spend your money in a place where you receive a good service, I strongly recommend you to book somewhere else. The bar area was nice, average price for the food and drinks. One of the bartenders was also really nice. The hotel is 22 minutes away from the Eiffel tower, 40 minutes from the airport and everything else is far, so be ready to walk a lot. The room was really small, no compartments to storage close. Tiny bathroom, I guess this is normal in Paris, as per other travelers. The air conditioner was not working, we had to open the window to get some air. They never added soap in the shower, thankfully we brought our own. Hopefully the issues with service are resolved, the hotel is not cheap and when you are planning to spend a week sightseeing and spending money, the least a customer should receive is a smile and maybe a nice bonsoir.

The bathroom is so small, you can’t even turn around and when you sit on the toilet, your face is on the wall already. The toilet seat is very small too. There were a lot of bed bugs on the bedsheets. The second day I bought the bed bugs killer to spray it. Everything was fine.

Lovely stay. Make sure you don’t get reeled in by the pictures they give you. We was given a picture with a nice room view instead we was looking at a dirty building on the 2nd floor. Overall good stay though

Everything was within walking distance, transportation to get anywhere in the city was minutes away. Only thing was our toilet was small my knees would hit the wall when sitting on the toilet. Not sure if all the rooms were like this

The hotel is very centrally located and very close to the metro. The staff was very helpful. The mattress was comfortable but the room was extremely small including the bathroom. The sink drain was not working well.

Pretty comfy
My experience was pretty okay with ibis Tour Eiffel. Room was pretty comfy and neat. Staffs were very friendly and even assisted reserving a taxi to airport for the morning. They have nice elevators so even with many luggages you wont have hard times and they have a water machine and vending machines in the lobby too. I also liked they have two metro stations near by and nice restaurants and supermarkets right next to the hotel. Bathroom is kinda small but has everything i needed. Only thing they lacked was they didnt have iron and ice machines. But overall nice experience :)

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable, Shower was good but was a tight squeeze A waste paper bin in the room would be useful. Restaurant was very pleasant plenty of choice at breakfast and a nice buffet meal in the evening All the staff were helpful.
