noisy place but close to towerPosted Jul 15, 2013
this hotel is close to the eiffel tower(20 min walk) or close to a subway, 3 min walk. The staff is kind but abrupt with some of the hotel guests--heard it while having breakfast one morning. the neiborhood is safe with a few restaurants in the area. When the weather is warm, do not leave your window open, a lot of traffic noise. No a\c.

Cozy, clean hotel, great locationPosted Jun 25, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff, great location, clean bathroom
Location: Near metro which gives easy access to everything! Starbucks around the corner. Two miles from the Gare Montparnasse. Nice area
Stayed one night, was pleasantly surprised. Rooms quite small, but only needed a place to sleep. Bathroom was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone needing an inexpensive hotel, located near metro. Starbucks and McDonalds close by as well.

close to public transports, shopping areasPosted Jun 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
For the budget, the Hotel is very convenient compared to other offers in the area. Service was good due to the good will of the people in the Hotel, however not up to standards of the hotel business in Paris. Rooms aren' that big but convenient for a short stay. Clean and practical rooms.

Budget-priced hotel in safe Eiffel Tower districtPosted Jun 6, 2013
Pros: Area, closeness to Charles Michel Metro, cleanness and friendly staff
Location: It is in the 15th arrondissement - very safe, quite chic - close to restaurants and Eiffel Tower
I have been staying in this hotel for more than 17 years, the hotel having been recommended by a colleague. I come to France from Australia at least every two years to see friends or to go hiking and always stay in this Hotel Ideal - furthermore, I have recommended it to family and other work colleagues. It is well-priced, the staff are friendly and helpful and I consider the hotel my home in Paris. The district is safe and quite chic, the hotel is close to the Charles Michel metro station and Monoprix, and the Eiffel Tower is just a 20 minute walk away. As I tumble out of the Airport shuttle or a taxi, I feel embraced by the warmth of this home away from home. Sure, the rooms are small, but always clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Highly recommended for those who do not want merely the anonymity of a large chain and are looking for a budget-priced hotel. This is a family hotel feeling.

Great Location, would book againPosted Jun 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Most reasonably priced hotel in the area. No frills, but if you're looking for something affordable in a good location (with cleanliness being a must) this is your place.
