Staff member nasty and very rude. Especially the person on front desk the day I check in Friday March 1,2024. Carpets on the room very old. This hotel only look nice on the entrance beside that nothing.

Hotel needs improvement
Good location for the metro/train into the city/stade de france. Cleanliness and upkeep could definitely be improved - bed was broken and unstable in original room given and splatted bloody mosquitoes across the walls in room we moved to. Staff were indifferent to feedback - treated us like we were fussy even though anyone would want to move rooms when a bed is broken. Would only stay again for convenience and price, not for anything else.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room didn't look like the photo. It was run down and the beds had extremely hard mattresses. Hotel conveniently close to train station and several bus stops.

This is a very clean, safe, friendly hotel right along the RER B (Blue Line) and close to Charles de Gaulle Airport. If you are savvy with the public transportation, there is no need to spend all the extra money to be all the way down in the city. If you come to Paris for a game at Stade de France, this hotel is an excellent option.

The hotel staff are friendly and it’s a quick trip to the airport from here. The lobby is very spacious and the 24-hour check-in is convenient. Public transit is nearby, but some dinning options are more aligned with business hours. I’d stay here again.

There is no choice of vegetarian food in the restaurant. There is no telephone index in the room. The electric kettle did not work, and when I complained, I had to walk twice to the reception to get it resolved.

So if you book this hotel do not expect it to be 4 * 2 at the most. No air conditioning on as it isn’t working in winter the room was hot but Expedia still advertise it on website, a reason I booked as struggle with menopause I opened the window and got bit by mosquitoes Watch the tax as I was overcharged but they did refund after I produced screenshot of accommodation rules about not charging under 18s. There were pubic hairs in the bathroom so not clean at all. Breakfast 18€ each bit pricey and wanted to charge same fir 2 teenagers who eat zero food. I booked a classic twin and an executive room and paid more for this , I could not see any difference at all our room was the same as the other one just twins beds ours a double but there was a classic double Positive some free parking spaces if you can get one. Train station to Paris brilliant and so cheap . Expedia you are falsely advertising again on your website re air conditioning had this last year in Milan.

The convenience is all that is attractive to this hotel. It is very close to RER line B. Other than that it is very noisy from incoming flights from CDG as the standard of window is poor. There is also a rally car stadia nearby and from around 8am the cars can be heard very loudly - no chance of extended sleep if so desired. The rooms are clean, but of limited comfort. There is only one pillow per person that is small and flat.

Room ok, but a bit narrow. I found the choice and quality of food in the restaurant disappointing. The French Fries that were served had clearly been baked in very old and most probably unhealthy oil.If there would have been other restaurants nearby, I would have tried those.

KYRIAD ROISSY VILLEPINTE - Convenint to CDG
Excellent value through the hotels.com website. Convenient to the Charles De Gaul airport. Commercial area. Well apportioned breakfast buffet, however of the hot items the bacon was undercooked and the scrambled eggs had skinned over. Parking in the local area was tight.

The manager was really unhelpful and didn't allow anything. We asked about keeping some special food that you cannot get anywhere in the Refrigerator but he was really nasty about it. We wouldn't recommend this property to anyone requiring anything besides a room.
