A unique hotel with a great locationPosted Aug 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is a small boutique hotel situated in a great location ... literally 200 metres to the Metro station Porte Maillot on the Line 1 (Yellow Line) straight into the city. The rooms are small but finished to a high boutoque hotel standard. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall a lovely stay. Will be back when I visit Paris again.

Stylish little hotelPosted Aug 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Conveniently located near avenue de la grand armee (that's the same road as champs élysées only on the other side of the arc de triomphe). Stylish decor throughout. Spacious bathroom with fabulous rain shower. Also it's two doors away from the popular le relais de venise (l'entrecote) steak shop. Being across the street from ponte maillot train station is a big plus too.

Wonderful boutique hotel minutes from the ArcPosted Aug 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Clean, cute, bed was super comfortable, and staff was helpful. I would stay here again and would also recommend it. Eliminates all the frills; spa, room service, pool and offers necessary basics that are more than just basic.

Walking distance to all must-see sightsPosted Aug 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
The good: The hotel is super convenient when it comes to location. We were in walking distance to all the major sights. The hotel has a very modern look and feel. The bad: The hotel as a whole is extremely small, from the building to the rooms to the elevator...small. The ugly: They have a charge for EVERYTHING, even to call a taxi to pick you up.

Nice Hotel, perfect LocationPosted Aug 18, 2013
Pros: Everything, especially the personal attention given to my needs.
Cons: At one of my stays there, there was not quite enough light in my rooms (difficulty distinguishing small items on a very dark background).
Location: Porte Maillot offers access to the Metro, many Paris bus, good restaurants, Le Palais des Congrès (shops, movie theaters,...).
I found L'Adresse to be the perfect answer to the problem of reaching CDG Airport for an early return flight to the U.S. when you just came back to Paris after traveling in France: The hotel is a few steps away from the Air France Bus stop at Porte Maillot. That bus is most convenient: Runs every 25 minutes or so and gets you to your Terminal in 30 or 45 minutes. You buy the ticket on board - much cheaper than a taxi - The Hotel itself is most welcoming and comfortable with well equipped rooms (coffee pot, tea tray, television, phone...) and friendly personnel. In Paris, short of staying with a relative who can take me to the airport in his own car, I much prefer a stay at l'Adresse than any other solution, not only for the practical reasons listed above, but, most of all, because it provides an atmosphere totally free of anxiety, a restful experience much needed after navigating public transport systems.

Good hotelPosted Jul 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was great in general, the elevator was not working and the door was not working correctly with the provided access card but hotel's staff were able to provide help to address those two situations. Surrounded by restaurants.

Not a boutique hotel...Posted Jul 1, 2013
Not really close to champs élysées as indicated. Absolutely tiny room with very basic facilities. Bathroom towels need changing, hand towel was stained. Few of the staff were helpful but chap that was on duty for most of weekend was clueless and very slow. I asked for restaurant recomemndations clearly stating the level I was looking for but they ended up using my list and were not in the know of such things as fine dining, boat tours etc. I knew more than the staff did. I requested more hangers as only 2 in wardrobe but these never materialised. No food and drinks in mini bar or available at nighttime. Room was very hot and couldn't have window open as then entire street could see you. They've tried to create a boutique design hotel but failed. I the published rates are what they expect they need to think again.

Bed comfortable. TV only had France channels.Posted Jun 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room was small but very clean and bed was comfortable. The TV only had french (lots of!) channels which I found a bit disappointing - at least they should have a couple of english channels if nothing else. The last day I run out of toilet paper which they hadn't replaced the previous days

Nice boutiqe-y hotel.Posted May 24, 2013
Nice boutiqe-y hotel. Good locale, good for business travellers who like chic over functional.
