Wonderful location, friendly staff

We spent a long weekend in Paris with our three teenaged children. At check in, the agent informed us about options outside of the rooms we had booked, and she ended up getting us better accommodations on the Executive level, while even saving us money. The concierge was wonderful with dinner reservations, booking tours, and hailing taxis to fit our family of 5. We will definitely stay here on our next family trip to Paris!

Don't waste your money on this hotel!hotel is totally different from pictures you see!Rooms are dark and furniture and design is so old fashioned!Paris has a very good public transportation system so realy doesn't matter where your hotel is,just need to be near M station.

good facilities

Posted Apr 12, 2014
Pros: excellent facilities, position,staff.
Cons: consistent provision of toiletries (minor point)
Location: everything nearby
If you book an executive room, you more than make up the price by using the comfortable facilities of the executive lounge, light breakfast, lunch evening aperitif, I will stay at this hotel again when going to Paris.

A true feeling of Paris

Pros: Location, Decor, Staff, availability to executive lounge for breakfast and 6p champagne
Location: take the metro...this area connects with a ton of other lines.
People always ask "where are you staying" and so many people lean towards the well known hotels. This hotel is in a great location near the metro and hub which is Charles de Gaulle Arc de Tromphe. Staff are everywhere making sure your stay is perfect. If you have an option for the executive suite (not very expensive), go for it as they serve a wonderful free breakfast and at 6p have wine, champagne and munchies. In the end, it saves $$ and is a great way to start your day and come home after a day in the city.

Decent hotel

Pros: Quite and clean room
Location: arche de triomphe
We stayed at this hotel for four nights. Our room was upgraded via the Expedia Elite Plus program to a deluxe room with courtyard view from a regular deluxe room. While the view/upgrade was rather insignificant, it was still a rather pleasing surprise. The hotel is situated in close proximity to the arche de triomphe and that's about it. It is located in the main financial district of Paris and there isn't much to see other than the arch itself. For other sights, you will have to either take public transportation/taxi or walk for very long distances. This is probably a better choice if you travel for business. The buffet breakfast was very good, though!

Best hotel in Paris!

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: Everything and everyone!
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Paris
The staff exhibited impeccable service everyday and show true Parisian hospitality that rivals over other European spots we have visited. Will certainly come back again and again, don't pass up this amazing hotel! Finally, suggest you book the executive suites as they have a pectacular view of the Eiffel Tower, a most romantic experience. Jeremy Ross

Nice renovated hotel close to the Metro

Posted Mar 30, 2014
The hotel was conveniently located near the metro and a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe. Nancy, the concierge, was excellent with helping our party of 12 with babysitting services, directions, shows, tickets & tours! The staff was avail 24-7, spoke English well and was always smiling and courteous. The business center was convenient and the bar was a nice amenity available in the evenings. We had a theft involving the housekeeper and it was addressed immediately. Additionally, the price of room service with all of the fees, is outrageous. We probably would stay there again.
