Very good centrally located hotel.Posted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: Great staff and location.
We had a great time at La Maison Favart. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was every too much. The room was pretty small but that is the norm in Paris. The wellness area is a great addition to his hotel and very welcome after a long day sightseeing.

Great boutique hotel in a perfect location in a perfect location in the city - on a quiet street but easy to walk to Louvre and many other must see places.

Location: It is near the Opera and not too far from the Louve.
The hotel was great. The room was beautiful and was definitely big enough. The staff was very helpful in all aspects. The pool was really neat.

Central location in ParisPosted Nov 13, 2013
Pros: Above all, was the quality and attitude of all the staff.
Location: A very central location which enables all the most visited attractions to be reached on foot.
La Maison Favart is located in a small side street just north of the Palais Royal. We had booked a standard room and, in common with other reviews, were disappointed at the outlook at the back: effectively an area not much larger than a stair well. When we asked to see an alternative we were shown a ground floor deluxe room, facing the Opera Comique Square, and immediately adjacent to the street. This room incorporated facilities for those with disabilities; it was larger, much better, and the hotel sought no recompense for the upgrade. The staff were courteous and in all cases, very helpful. They were happy to advise on all aspects of our stay. No stay in Paris could be considered as cheap, and our experience to date is that king sized rooms demand a king's ransom. With that in mind, the Favart is fair value given the location.

Perfect stayPosted Nov 6, 2013
Pros: The decor, friendly and helpful staff, the quietness of its position and the convenience of being able to access the Metro and restaurants so close by
Cons: We found nothing to fault.
Location: Extremely quiet and convenient location and yet with Metro 150 yards away and therefore access to everything in Paris.
First impression was of a charming reception area, tastefully furnished, and equally charming staff. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom excellent. The noise inside the hotel was minimal and the road outside very quiet yet extremely close to a much bigger and busier road with a Metro station right on the corner and lots of cafes and restaurants within very easy walking distance. We were delighted with our choice of hotel and would not stay anywhere else if and when we go to Paris again.

Nice boutique hotel, near everything.Posted Oct 28, 2013
Pros: It gave us a personal touch and the location was great. I also like that everything was clean. Shower was amazing, bed comfortable
Cons: Maybe, just maybe, a room with a better view which we did not have. I do think the bigger rooms had better views.
Location: Great restaurants nearby within walking distance. A half block from local stores, train, banks, ATM machines
A nice personal experience from arrival to departure. In fact, when we first arrived, the conceige/bellhop took us to our room with our baggage and explained all the bells and whistles. Our room was small, but we had everything we needed and honestly, we were hardy in the room, though we are use to a larger room when traveling. All staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. They gave us directions when we wanted to walk somewhere, promptly called our taxi service when we wanted one and their Honesty Bar for breakfast or a cocktail was delightful. Our room was always cleaned up just perfectly and promptly.
