Decent hotel, friendly staff

Rooms are definitely smaller than you'd think. Even the deluxe rooms were quite small but at least the bathroom was of OK size. Staff was very friendly and always ready to assist.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel

Posted Jul 23, 2015
Stayed here for one night with my husband and it was lovely! Gorgeous big room and bed and lovely decor I'll be back Tiny tiny suggestions to the hotel: check all lights in the room before use. One reading light and one bedside light didn't work. The hotel was so charming I didn't care but some might Also the honesty bar was a little strange. Not much in it and would be better to stock it more fully-or offer guests drinks whilst sitting in the bar.

Charm Hotel

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Home feel, generous breakfast, attentive and helpful hotel personnel
The hotel is on a quiet street and walkable to all major attractions; boutique hotel with lots of character and charm, feels like home. Excellent attentive service by all, including reception, concierge, etc. We had a room facing internal yard with a balcony - there is no view and the balcony is facing into the wall which one can touch with a stretched hand. Bathroom is good size for a Paris hotel. Room was clean, well-maintained, everything worked.

A true French experience!

Posted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: Aside from the beauty, cleanliness, and incredibly accommodating staff, La Maison Favart is located in a lovely area of Paris close to the Metro.
Cons: Rooms could be a little cooler, but there was a heat wave going on.
Location: The Metro is very close. The Opera House is near by. Wonderful restaurants such as Le Saotico - just around the corner. Lovely shops and cafe's.
I chose this hotel because I wanted my husband to have a true French experience. From the moment we walked into La Maison Favart, we were not disappointed! We were greeted warmly and graciously, our room was exquisitely decorated (with elegant furnishings and a completely marbled bathroom), and the breakfast was an assortment of fabulous French delights! Also, the concierge was extraordinary is helping us with directions, making reservations for us, and arranging for taxis. We loved every minute at La Maison Favart and will definitely return!

We enjoyed are stay near the Louvre and Place Vandome. The hotel is interestingly decorated, but the room was quite small for two people. Pleasant staff.

Beautiful little hotel

We travelled to Paris with our two children. Hotel was very accommodating and the small pool was great especially for the kids. Staff always ready to help without overdoing the helpfulness. Breakfast is perfect.

Great location and very helpful staff.

A very cosy, friendly, and nicely appointed hotel. A great location for central Paris. The rooms are sizable (by Parisian standards), very clean, and well furnished. The rooms that face the internal courtyard are dark but come with small private terraces.

Lovely boutique hotel in central location

Loved this place, great bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and having tea and coffee available at any time plus cake in the afternoon is the icing on the cake. Also located right next to a tube with plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Small Boutique hotel with a wonderful French decor. Enjoyed the small indoor pool, although the sauna was out of commission during our stay. Wonderfully attentive staff, who all speak reasonable to good English. Excellent continental breakfast, that included scrambled eggs and bacon. Close to metro stations and within a 15 minute walk from the Louvre museum. Will definitely stay again when we visit Paris.

Recommended in central Paris

Fantastic little hotel in the middle of the Opera district with easy walking hop on off/ metro, bars and restaurants and roisybus from CDG. Clean and tidy - high standards, helpful concierge, free wifi and air con (90/100 degrees when we were there) so proved essential. When visiting Paris again would go back - room on front and 2nd floor so may be a little noisy at times when opera house reopens opposite
