Great staff and location

Posted Jul 3, 2014
The staff is great and eager to help. They helped me plan a surprise welcome birthday amenity within few hours. Also They have fruits and croissants in the reception and they were always attentive. Rooms are small -but comfortable- as they are in Paris but the bathroom is larger than expected. Everything was good and the neighborhood was well.

Good location with comfortable room.

Great place to stay. Our only problem was that we had to listen to the World Cup from the next room and we had an early morning.

Very quiet and nice staff

The young guys at the front desk are very nice and do everything to make sure you're at your ease! Rooms are quite small but so quiet... I slept like a baby. The room had so much light. The neighborhood is nice and quite central which is good when you plan to walk around Paris and try not to take the subway that much! I have been there for 5 nights and will return to this hotel for sure.

Good location, lovely hotel

Nice, clean and convenient hotel, with bigger than usual rooms for Paris. Very good value for money, close to the metro and some nice cafes/restaurants. We were in 503 which had a nice balcony.

This lovely hotel is situated in a nice neighbourhood. the locality is lovely and it is very central to get in and around paris on the Metro from Republique. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, an all round great experience. I would definately stay here again.

Gorgeous little gem of a hotel

Posted May 21, 2014
I wish I'd found this hotel earlier in my stay in Paris- I loved it! Lovely decor, really helpful staff, spotlessly clean. The room was airy and quiet, despite having a lovely big window facing the street. I'd love to stay there again!

Lacking a little. Friendly though.

Pros: Location. Staff.
Cons: Carpets in bedroom.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself looks quite cool though a little grubby in places. The carpet in the room was very dirty though the rest of the room was clean. Also a little hot in the room and was unable to turn the radiator off. Expensive though understand all central Paris hotels are expensive.

Clean and modern but small

Rooms can be quite small..showers even smaller. The staff is good. The breakfast is overpriced. But its near a major metro stop so u can easily go anywhere you want.

20 hours in Paris!

Posted Feb 11, 2014
Pros: Location, overall design and comfort.
I was on a 20 hour layover in Paris and found this hotel on Expedia. It was in a great location on a quiet side street away from main traffic noise but still only just a 2 minute walk from Metroline 5 and 9. Lots of bakeries and small restaurants in the immediate area if you don't want to venture too far. It was 40 minutes from the airport to the hotel...took the RER Express train from CharlesDG airport Terminal 2 then transferred to the 5 train at the Paris Nord RER stop. 30 minutes on the RER and 10 minutes on the Metro 5. I navigated Paris the old fashioned way (with a map provided by the hotel) and Charles at the front desk was very helpful in highlighting Metroline numbers that took me to where I wanted to go. He was also helpful in suggesting places to eat and drink in the district of town I was venturing to. After 6 hours of walking the streets of Paris, coming back to a quiet place with a comfortable bed and nice hot shower was just what this girl needed.
