Excellent hotel with central locationPosted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Rooms compact, but comfortable and well furnished: satellite TV, Wi-Fi, quiet air conditioning, and fridge. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Location: Short walk to Metro and RER, including airport connections. Close to major sites including Notre Dame and the Louvre. Many restaurants nearby.
Le Lapin Blanc is an excellent small hotel in the Latin Quarter of central Paris, less than ten minutes' walk from Notre Dame and Sainte-Chapelle, with Le Louvre and Musee d'Orsay just a little bit farther away. The nearest Metro station is only a few minutes' walk away, and nearby Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station has access to RER line B3, which provides a direct connection to Charles de Gaulle Airport and Gare du Nord. The Latin Quarter contains a good selection of restaurants serving both French and international cuisine at very reasonable prices. The area is popular with tourists, and given the proximity of the Sorbonne university, presumably students as well, and was busy even into the early hours of the morning. The local area was pleasant to walk around at all hours. The hotel is nicely designed and furnished, with comfortable, well-equipped rooms including satellite television (with several BBC and other international channels), modern air conditioning, and Wi-Fi (multiple passwords were offered), all of which worked flawlessly during my stay. The hotel is in an older building, but there was very little noise either from other rooms, or from the main road. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception desk was open at all times.

Nice hotel close to everythingPosted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: Location, Bed, Room
I booked this hotel because it was one of the only ones left when I was in Paris. I was a little worried since it didn't have any reviews but worries were over as soon as I enter this hotel. Everything was brand new. The staff were friendly and even spoke good English. The room were a littl small but comfortable. They had just open a few days after I arrived so they were still some unfinished touches but nothing to be concerned about. Great rain shower. Good minibar and great size tv. The breakfast a pretty good selection with a great and friendly staff. Location was excellent, the Latin quaters restaurant area was within a 3-4 min walk. Shopping stores all along that main street. Will stay here again next time I'm in Paris. Thank you .

Beautifully designed rooms, central to everything!Posted Jun 21, 2014
Pros: The room design was amazing, probably the most well designed room we've ever stayed in. TV with lots of channels, good Wifi (get multiple codes).
Cons: Wifi didn't work at first, but they got it going. The check-out process was slow, but it was just kinks to be worked out.
Arrived on the first night it was opened, and was a little skeptical with zero reviews online. We got there and the room blew us away, really cutely designed and functional for their size. 5 min talk to Notre Dame and major sites was nice. The staff was new and a little overwhelmed, but eager to help. If you're looking for a few relaxing and enjoyable days in Paris this is a must stay.
