“Great Left Bank location”

Luxembourg Gardens, Notre Dame,etc., are easy walks. Hotel staff was extremely helpful recommending restaurants in the neighborhood. Back door of Saint Sulpice church is right across the street for Sunday morning organ concert.

“Well located boutique hotel”

Small and charming. Here is the deal - if you get a sunny room on the street I heard it could be noisy. I was in an interior room so it was very quiet but a bit dark. Also the layout of the room was awkward and a bit tight. The staff was nice and the location was great. Overall I think it was a good value and would recommend it.

Terrific location, helpful staff, breakfast 13 euros. It was a good stay.

We had no air for two nights, the hotel front desk was nasty to us - I had a shower head come crashing down on me - it was awful! We were upgraded to a larger room with air - which was so noisy - you definitely didn't need an alarm to wake up.

Both charming and well-run, and a great location. The breakfast buffet was varied and good; I recall having read a review that thought it overpriced, but we looked into other possibilities around the neighborhood, and price was comparable; the bright, attractive breakfast room made eating at the hotel a pleasure. Free wifi in public rooms is available only by using the hotel's laptop; they charge for wifi in guest rooms. We were especially impressed with their consideration when we left in a taxi for a train which we weren't sure would run because of a strike; they agreed to hold a room for us until we knew the train would run, at which point we phoned to release the room.

“second visit was a dissapointment”

My second visit was totally a different experience than the first.. Was given the tiniest room very different in size compared to my previous visit even though I paid for the same price. Toiletteries werent replenished. Lost my money in the room and the hotel staff werent even apologetic and didnt seem to care. Trully a dissapointing second visit. Not coming back and not recommended.
