Great location for getting around in Paris. Hotel had everything you needed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Minor point is the walls are a little bit thin if you happen to have noisy guests on the same floor.

nothing is too far away!Posted Apr 10, 2015
The location of this hotel is phenomenal and it's most redeeming quality. The hotel is situated near three different metro stops, with access to 3 different lines (4, 6, and RER B), and plenty of buses and trams. From this location it's quite simple to get to all of the major tourist attractions, as well as to the airport (CDG). I would suggest getting the unlimited metro pass because being this close to the metro means that you'll definitely use it! Aside from the fabulous location, the hotel was mediocre. The buffet breakfasts was incredibly overpriced for what was offered-17 euro for unlimited croissants, bread, yogurt, small selection of cheese, terrible scrambled eggs, and a few meats. It's much better to take the 2 minute walk to the various cafes and have a coffee, croissant, and fresh squeezed juice for around 7 euro. The room was small, temperature was unregulated, but not that big of a deal because in Paris, how much time are you spending in your hotel room?!

Lovely hotel but far too noisy!Posted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: Everything except the noise!
Cons: Double-glazing and thicker walls.
Location: The location was good with a nice deli, a small supermarket and a bakery on the same road.
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing as we got very little sleep due to the noise levels in this hotel. We were woken up throughout the night by doors banging and people shouting. The walls in the hotel must be very thin as my husband is a very heavy sleeper and even he was disturbed all night. My mother who was in the next room said she could hear my husband snoring from her room and I was woken up every half hour despite my earplugs (which drown out the snoring!). We were in rooms 15 and 16 which face the road and are located on the 1st floor. The noise from the street was also unbearable with delivery vans unloading throughout the night! I looked out the window at 2.00 am and saw a big lorry collecting what looked like dirty laundry. A man was dragging huge metal racks in and out the back of the lorry for about 15 minutes. Each time he went into a building (ours or the hotel next door?) we could hear another BANG as a door slammed! Clearly, the windows are not double-glazed! Everything else about this hotel is great and maybe the rooms facing the back on the top floors are quiet but I wouldn't risk it. After 2 nights in this hotel we were absolutely exhausted!

Un Bon Weekend A ParisPosted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: Pleasant. clean room, reasonably quiet. Helpful staff. Well located for main tourist spots, railway and transport links.
Location: Good communications links. Close to range of restaurants, some of which were good value. Well placed also for cinemas and some theatres.
The hotel is well situated in the Montparnasse district with good metro and bus links to station and places of interest. It is in a side street though not far from the main road which ensured that it was fairly quiet even at night. The room was clean and well decorated. I did not have much time to use the bar or take breakfast but the facilities looked good. I would have no hesitation in recommending friends to stay there as I thought it offered good value.

Very cosy hotelPosted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: Hotel is not big. Rooms are small but equipped with all necessary. The bed was big and convenience. The bathroom was very clean.
Cons: The furniture is a little bit old but I am not sure that it is a disadvantage.
Location: The hotel is situated very close to metro station, suburban train station with direct line to the airport.
As an Expedia +VIP member I was provided with early check-in and free soft drinks from mini bar. My room was upgraded and it was very pleasant surprise. +VIP access hotel program works indeed at this hotel.

Ottimo albergo bella zona metro a due passiPosted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: Prezzo equo, personale molto gentile, non abbiamo trovato controindicazioni
Cons: Non saprei.

nice and cheapPosted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: The things I like: staff were always nice, they give you room normally if they have before official check-in, I like the idea of little kettle and tea
Cons: room should be a bit bigger
Location: Amazing location, very ggod restaurant not far away Le par aux cerfs; Great Saturday market in the corner and amazing coffee in La Dome.
it is amazing location, I love coffee in La Dome in the corner...I like walking all the way through my favourite Jardin de Lux. The things I didn't like: I heard my neighbours a lot, our room was just in front of the lift and it was terrible as ppl chat and wake you up. My shower was blockade and although I asked the staff to help me the miracle didn't happened and I had to wash myself and after wash my feet separately...I can say that our room was very old as the paint on the skirting board was scratched.
