いいホテルですPosted Jul 28, 2015

Nice hotel close the the Montparnasse StationPosted Jul 23, 2015
It is a clean, friendly hotel with a good size of a bathroom with a tub. Air conditioned. People at the reception are all kind and flexible.

Excellent StaffoPosted Jul 19, 2015
Pros: as above
Cons: Pillow comfort
Location: As above
This hotel is well placed, being just around the corner from Vavin Station on Line 4, which goes to Gare du Nord for connections to the airport and other major destinations. There are supermarkets, bakeries, eateries and bars in the same street and the Montparnasse Tower, for great views over Paris and the Eiffel Tower, is within 10 minutes walking distance. My husband's wallet was stolen just before we arrived at the hotel and the staff could not have been kinder with their immediate assistance.

Beautiful small Parisian hotel fantastic location!Posted Jul 8, 2015
Pros: Location, price and accommodations.
Location: Close to Montparnasse station and handy to get to other areas of the city. We loved that aspect! Direct Metro to the Eiffel Tower.
From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was smallish but as we had asked for a quiet room - was very quiet. We overlooked a courtyard of another hotel at the back and it was a nice view for us to see the fountain and flowers. It was quiet indeed and as promised. Room was very clean and bathroom large! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it was easy to get to the Metro (two different lines within walking distance) shops and restaurants in the beautiful Montparnasse area. Bustling area but not too noisy at all. We walked to Gare Montparnasse easily with our luggage to go to the south of France. Recommend highly!!

Central hotel out of tourist areaPosted Jul 3, 2015
This Hotel was perfect for us, we needed a base that was between Notre Dame cathedral and the Eiffel Tower but we didn't want to be in the busy tourist areas. We didn't want a big hotel either. This Hotel was immaculately clean and smells beautiful on arrival due to the flowers in reception and bar area. The only thing I could criticise was maybe the wallpaper could do with a refresh inside our room and possibly a more comfortable sofa in the junior suite but this is being hyper critical as we really did have a perfect stay. The honesty bar area was relaxing Staff at reception where extremely helpful, polite and spoke fluent English even when we tried to have a go at speaking French they where very patient and even gave us some guidance. First night we told reception we were going out for a meal at the Italian restaurant across the road and he gave us a 15% off voucher which was really great although the meal was that good we paid full price and gave our discount as a tip to the waiters. The location was perfect for sight seeing with two metro stations nearby, one takes you directly to the Eiffel Tower (Edgar Quinet) and the other to near by Notre Dame cathedral and the Louvre (Vavin) although we walked to Notre Dame the first day to explore the area a bit and got the metro back. There was a huge selection of restaurants for nights out, pizza takeaways for nights in and cafes for breakfast and lunch nearby as well as patisseries, clothes shops and general stores et

Pros: Friendly staff, very good location
Cons: Room walls could be refurbished
Location: Proximity of metro station, great selection of restaurants within 0,2 miles
Overall positive experience, especially in terms of staff, but some rooms need immediate renovation.
