Excellent comfortable bed, very cute neighborhood, very cute hotel. Even though street is small and quiet, it’s noisy in the night. The bar down the street had patrons out on the sidewalks partying until 5a. To note, it was Saturday night. We woke to loud singing in the street at 3a. It was charming and we enjoyed the experience hanging out the window and watching but don’t stay here if that will upset you. Then 6am street cleaners, and 7a garbage truck. We would stay here again.

First time to Paris and was presently surprised, read reviews on line before but the place delivered beyond my expectations. Very clean, very friendly and very patient and accommodating to me not knowing French. The property was great and in a fabulous area. Several 4 star restaurants within walking distance and they all were fabulous. Overall great stay and great trip, I’ll be back.

Overall good. Sound from other rooms much too loud. Bathroom vent did not work. Bed was great. Room was neat and clean. Staff excellent. Coffee in dining room a real plus.

Good location but poor hotel
Location in Paris is good but the hotel is massively overpriced. The reception staff are rude and ignorant, when I complained to them about some of our issues, they just shrugged it off. The rooms are not cleaned particularly well, specifically dust everywhere, hairs in the shower and sink, it is clear that the rooms are not well cleaned. The rooms are advertised as sound proof but when you are in the room, you can hear everything that is going on in the hall way and in other rooms. Rooms are incredibly small and there is just about enough room for 2 people.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. The street and surrounding area have plenty of walkable restaurants and shopping. It also serves breakfast and has a self-serve honor bar at night. I am not sure about parking because I didn't have a car.

Clean renovated hotel
Our stay was overall pretty good. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and renovated. We paid for breakfast at the hotel and is well with the extra cost The rooms however are not sound proof anf the hotel is is located across the street from a loud bar. We were woken up several times from the street noice Friday and Saturday till 7am when the bar closes. Overall good place to stay in Paris.

One street off Montparnasse Blvd so within walking distance of the iconic restaurants of Montparnasse. Not an overly luxurious hotel but would stay here again. Breakfast was perfect, good coffee and hot selections as well as breads and cereals and fruits. Room was small but I have had smaller in Paris. Bed was comfortable and we are picky about that. Lots of nice cafes and small restaurants within easy walking distance. Not so much shopping and other sights but this is what Montparnasse is, a few of the “monument” restaurants, La Coupole, Le Dome etc and lots of movie theaters.

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and everything we needed. The area is perfect for getting to Montparnasse station, it feels safe and has a good range of cafes and restaurants and line 6 metro stop on the doorstep. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend. Very great hotel! The staff is nice and the rooms are great. There is AC and everything is so clean! Also, the hotel is located in a great area. There are so many restaurants, bars, and bakeries within walking distance. I definitely recommend staying here!

What a cute and comfortable small hotel. Staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast very nice. Self-serve bar at night made for pleasant moment after late dinners.

An unexpected gem of a hotel Away from the main hustle and bustle of city centre Paris, but remains in easy reach of all the major tourist spots. Staff were lovely, the decor modern yet classy. Will definitely be using it again on a return trip to Paris.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and it is my new go-to. From the lovely and very clean room to the delicious breakfasts, super helpful front desk staff, and all in between, it is an ideal stay for the price.

Excellent staff, so friendly and attentive. They were very accommodating to all requests. You could tell that the staff were all part of a small community and made all guests feel very at home. The hotel was very secure and I felt safe the entire time. The rooms were very clean, well kept, and the cleaning staff were all very kind and did a fantastic job each day! The rooms featured a lot for their somewhat compact space but had TV, mini fridge, loads of closet and hanger space, desk, chair, night stands. It was very up to date and modern. The bathroom was clean and very spacious. The rooms had lonely views of the street with a little balcony and huge double doors to air out room. The lobby and eating area were all so comfortable, clean, modern, and fancy. Location wise, it is right in the Montparnasse heart, near two major metro stops within 5 min walk from hotel, one street away best creperie in Paris (La Crêperie de Josselin), near one of my favorite boulangeries (LA PARISIENNE Odessa and favorite Artocarpus). Overall, I absolutely loved the stay, highly recommend, and definitely will be coming back to this hotel.

Lovely hotel very clean
Lovely and very clean and well kept hotel. It’s a charming old building but they have a lift. Breakfast was good quality and the service very good. Their bread n pastries very good. The reception was excellent. The room itself was very well design n big enough for a Paris hotel.

Nice low-key stay in the Montparnasse area. Had this booked to make it easy to the train station. Walls are paper thin--very noisy for my liking but nothing much to do about that. Well equipped room, was great for a low key last night in Paris

Great find in Paris
Really lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful, parking was onsite, free coffee and the honesty bar were all great touches. Overall I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel in good location in Paris
Really nice hotel, had a balcony view which I hadn’t expected. Good sized room, nice facilities and in a brilliant location for getting around Paris, 4 metro stops on various lines all within 10 mins walking distance.
