Our stay was fantastic !! Staff couldn’t be more helpful and very friendly Hotel was absolutely beautiful and the room was fantastic with an amazing bathroom and beautiful toiletries Added bonus as hotel is located 5 min walk from coach to airport and also metro Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again Thank you

Cute for hotel for a reasonable price. Very nice lobby and polite staff. The area is very convenient with a lot of restaurants and proximity to metro and airport buss shuttle.

WOW - this place was AMAZING! The check in process was top of notch and they showed us to our room personally which felt amazing. Beyond that, the room was thoughtfully laid out and felt spa-like even in the room (vs going to the spa features). We did lose hot water on the morning of our departure, but left so early we weren't able to talk to the front desk about it, so I was hesitant even to include it here since we didn't give them an opportunity to fix the issue (leaving at 7am has its drawbacks). We did not get breakfast here, and it was a bit of a walk to the sites, but overall, it was well worth it for the pleasant stay.

I stayed here for the first time in 3.5 years and was very happy that the hotel still offers the same great service, comfortable room and lovely reception staff as previously. I travelled alone and stayed in a single room on the fifth floor- very quiet and I had the 2 best nights sleep I think I've ever had in Paris!. Comfortable and clean, this hotel feels very calm after the hustle and bustle of the city.... I would love to be back on the near future. No VIP Gold Member upgrade for me but hopefully next time . Thanks to all of the staff for a lovely stay

This property was absolutely misleading. There were no gold member extras. The beverage was a plastic bottle of water. I actually gave it back to them because the business appears to be hurting for money. The suite we reserved was tiny and made even smaller by the rooftop slanted ceilings. The mold in the bathroom was disgusting!

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was shown where the amenities were and what I had access to ie the spa. My room was a little cold and a maintenance guy was sent straight to my room. As a solo traveller the room was perfect, clean and comfy. Just what I needed for a couple of nights. Will come back to take full advantage of the spa.

I loved the interiors of this hotel room. Very elegant and considers all the needs of the guest. However I was not happy with the hours of operation of the breakfast and gym. It didn't work with my schedule.

Basically, hotel stole our money
Worst hotel experience, hotel refused to let us in because we have 5 year old child and 1 year old child. Apparently the 5 year is not considered a child.. Any how, we asked for a bigger room or connecting rooms but they refused as well.. Hotel manager lacks the basics of hospitality, I’m not sure how come he work in this industry.. long story short he refused to refund our money

This is a clean and adequate property, relatively quiet, and with the best shower pressure in France from over thirty years of visits. Beyond the amazing shower temperature and force, nothing exceptional, but a solid choice set in a rather boring location. It is also a place with no warmth, or personal exchanges. A nice touch in a letter from the manager that greets you, but zero human hospitality. This is also OK for most travelers. Expedia VIP was not offered, and only when we later brought it up, two free drinks were mentioned. Not sure why Expedia keeps this type of offer as a VIP option, it is truly a worthless "perk".

Ripped bed sheets, noisy room next to the elevator, poor customer service - their card machine did not work and they made me wait 15 minutes to try to get it working, embarrassing in front of other customers. The “director” refused to accept responsibility and would not even apologise. Very poor experience.

Do you want coffee or tea? Ok, you must go to the lounge to take your drink, you don't have free coffee or tea in your room ( incredible ), The walls are made of gypsum board in which you'll hear a staff chatting, also the room has a spider web, totally ( DISASTER hotel ).

THERE IS complimentary tea and coffee in every room. A tip for everyone : When you book a hotel room including breakfast for one person and realise you have to pay an additional fee for a second breakfast, since you were 2, do not blame it on the hotel.. Great Small Boutique Hotel In The 17th.
Excellent, clean and comfortable small boutique hotel in the 17th with great restaurants near by and reasonable walking distance to Avenue des Champs -Élysées and surrounding. Easy spot to catch and Uber or taxi. Customer service and attention to clients was exceptional thanks to Nicolas and Matteus from concierge management.
