Worth the money!

Location: Good location on the outskirts of the Marais.
The location is very good. Right next to the Metro [St Sebastien Froissart]. - The hotel was clean and well kept and in a new condition. I had the ground floor room which i did not like too much becuase it can be a bit noisy. Ask for a room facing the coutyard.- The room is more spacious that I thought it would be. I was expecting an extremely small room but I was the only person so it worked for me.- The shower is an issue since there is no shower curtain so you have a pool at the end of the shower which means the bathroom is always wet.- Cleaning was good but the maid would just throw my clothes in my suitcase instead of neatly folding them.- I asked for extra towels [because of the flood after my shower] but never got them.- I asked for a wake up call and did receive it..- The walk from the reception to your room is a a distance away and if your key doesnt work you have to walk back. [and the electronic keys almost never work if you are not used to them]- The reception is very helpful and happy to answer any questions. Almost everyone speaks english.- Finally be careful making local calls from the hotel. If you just dial the number you are chared for it. [even if no one answers the phone]. I made 2 calls and was charged for 8 calls [Euro 7.50]- Internet is slow but if you have read the reviews you should expect it. however, it was a bit faster than I expected.- Overall a nice hotel and I would def reccommend it. Just make sure the location is right.

Great hotel in Paris

The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and helpful, and the room was significantly bigger than I thought it was going to be. The interior of the hotel was also very clean.

Stay in Paris
Posted Jan 15, 2013
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, nice surroundings
Cons: A little expensive
Location: Near La Bastille, hop on and off sight seeing tours and metro
Beautiful little hotel set in a courtyard, away from the noise from the Main Street but close to La Bastille and metro station. Lots of nice restaurants nearby with very friendly staff. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Hotel in Paris
Posted Jan 13, 2013
Pros: Everything was just excellent with the hotel.
Cons: The wireless internet connection was the only bad thing we experienced however it would not preclude us from staying at this wonderful hotel
Location: It is situated in a wonderful neighborhood in Paris. Located just a few hundred feet from a Metro Station and allowed easy access to all of Paris.
Everything was just excellent with the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating to all our needs. They provided some helpful suggestions about places to see, museum passes, and restaurant or food suggestions during our stay.

Comfortable, clean shame about the price of food

Pros: Clean, well mannered and polite staff, slept very well
Cons: Food prices
Location: For us ok. Maybe for others they would prefer to be central. But we had peace which was nice
Excellent. Woukd have had 5 stars but tge breakfast at 20 euros per person is outrageous. We ate packed lunches / bought cereals from the carrefour just 50m down the road.

Weekend Break

Pros: The hotel was very comfortable and the staff friendly.
Cons: Location.
Location: Marais address suggests in the heart of Marais.....not the case.
Received a friendly welcome, which is always a good start. The room was very nice and comfortable but not what I would call a suite. Bathroom well stocked with toiletries and lovely soft towels. Lovely outside areas to sit in......if only the sun had shone.

Great staff, great location
Posted Jan 3, 2013
Pros: The balcony, courtyard, location in the marais
Cons: Drain in the bath, no room service
Location: The marais is a great part of Paris, it's a pleasant (shop and cafe-filled) walk to St. Paul (great shopping)
Very polite and helpful staff. Lovely environment. I didn't experience any of the noise from the courtyard - and my room was overlooking it (albeit on the third floor). I loved having a balcony and all of the space of the courtyard was great after busy days out in Paris. I didn't have any issues with the walk from the metro to the hotel - a woman on my own at about 10pm. I wanted to give five stars but... The restaurant was closed for maintanence and there was no room service plus the drain in the shower wasn't great.

Perfect for all!

Pros: The front lobby, the courtyard, quietness of the facility
Cons: No ice machine in our building. We had to go to another building to get ice!
Location: The location was very good! There were a variety of restaurants in the neighborhood. There was also a great supermarket close by!
The hotel is very well-maintained. The staff was multilingual, very attentive, and helpful during our entire stay! Proximity to a well-stocked supermarket, Paris subway system and shopping was a plus! The hotel restaurant food was well-prepared. I complemented the staff at check-out, on their service not just to myself and my friends, but also to in-coming groups! They were also knowledgeable about giving directions and looking up information for hotel guests!
