Location is everything!Posted Dec 4, 2013
Pros: Location and security.
Location: Very close to the metro and Eiffel Tower surroundings are just around the corner.
The hotel is right next to (two blocks) from the Eiffel Tower. The basic room is basic it does the job. However I would recommend to upgrade so you may have a view to the E. Tower, otherwise all you see is buildings. Also recommend to prepay breakfast.

Nice hotel very close to Eiffel towerPosted Dec 4, 2013
Location: Is close to the EIffel Tower and only a couple of stations from Champs Elysee, secure environment around hotel
WE spend 3 nights here, the room was smaller and the bathroom was separated from shower and sink which was weird but overall the room was fine and comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, is very close from Eiffel tower, so nice to see her every time u walk out the hotel :) also is close to 2 train/metro station so is very easy to reach other attractions like Louvre, Arc de Triumphe, Orsay, etc. Staff is nice and help you out in what u need. We were even able to check in earlier which was great, overall very good experience

Amazing locationPosted Dec 3, 2013
Lovely hotel, just a stones throw from the Eiffel tower, beautiful room, staff very pleasant and helpful with directions. Loved walking out of the hotel every morning and seeing the tower - a two minute walk and you were underneath it. Very close to bir hakim metro stop and good connection to Orly airport using the Orly bus and metro - cheap public transport and very easy, 40 minutes from airport to hotel - worked out at £7 each.

Well located, close to the eiffel towerPosted Nov 29, 2013
Pros: All round friendliness, cleanliness and efficiency.
Cons: The very loud grating/rubbing sound coming from a nearby elevator, even through the night.
Location: Location is close to the Eiffel tower, all public transport and a plethera of eateries and shops.
Excellent hotel experience. Friendly and efficient staff nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and well thought out rooms. One exception was the horrible, loud grating/rubbing sound coming from the nearby elevator which was loud enough to drown the tv and sleep!

My sister had telephoned to ask for twin beds and when we arrived they did not have any, but eventually did find one. As we had telephoned this did seem odd.

Perfect view of the Eiffel TowerPosted Nov 26, 2013
Pros: Clean, modern, friendly.
Cons: Perhaps more variety in the menu.
Location: It is perfect for the Eiffel Tower and there are two close by metro stations.
The hotel was perfect for our requirements, the reception staff were all very friendly and willing to help, the decor and rooms were all modern and clean. And I must say we had Room Service on our last night and it was the nicest meal we had all weekend. I would recommend to a friend and definitely consider a. Mecure hotel in the future.

Steps from the Eiffel Tower, Clean, ModernPosted Nov 26, 2013
Pros: I wanted to be as close to the Eiffel Tower as possible. This was great - quiet, clean, safe, friendly and easy access to the Metro and taxis.
Cons: I would have rated 5-stars if the hotel incorporated more "French charm" and provided a complimentary Parisian assortment of breakfast items
Location: Walking out from the hotel lobby onto the street, the Tower LOOMS overhead as it is only 2-3 blocks away.
I was a first-time visitor to France and wanted to stay in a hotel catering mostly to American tourists and business travelers. We took a taxi from Gare du Nord for 15 Euro but could have just as easily taken the Metro, which was the cleanest, easiest to navigate public transportation system I have used - better (in my opinion) than London and Italy. Loved the entire experience - every day, we'd start at the park at Eiffel Tower and walk all the way up to Notre Dame (about 3.5miles) and explore every park, attraction, café, vendor that we could. Beware the "Petition Signing Seekers" and "Is this your gold ring?" and "Let me tie this string on your wrist" scammers. Otherwise, safe and fun!
