Excellent Hotel !!!

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Cons: Just illuminating the signs for the elevators, and ask the staff to inform customers when you check in as to how the lift operates, as it is unique!
Location: RER station close by. Eiffel Tower 5 mins walk. Try the Batobus also, and floating restaurants.
Perfect hotel for us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was everything we needed, including a safe and a fridge. We also had a view of the Tower from our room! We didn't use the restaurant for any meals as we had already planned to eat out at our favorite locations.

Exceedingly average.

If you're one for not caring about your hotel this one is fine. We had a privilege room and to me it was more like a sub par normal room. Yay a coffee machine with tea faculties - but no mugs. Just three cardboard cups? Breakfast in bed - 40 euros! Bathroom was nice if not a bit small. Very cold room. The reception and the staff are nice and the location is pretty amazing but you can't see the Eiffel tower but you are literally a five minute walk from it. Only go here if you're willing to fork out a little more for the privilege room else it isn't worth bothering.

Weekend break with my daughter

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: The hotel was good, rooms were clean, warm and we were provided with everything we needed. The bathroom was small but had a great shower.
Location: 2 minutes from the Eiffel tower, the river and a Metro stop around the corner. There is also a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants close by.
My daughter is doing A level photography and needed to put a portfolio together so we decided Paris would be the ideal choice for a photoshoot. We were not disappointed with any of our 4 day break only the weather let it down slightly!

Perfect for sightseeing in Paris

Posted Feb 24, 2015
I gave excellent scores because we had a very comfortable stay and we especially enjoyed the wonderful choice of food at breakfast so we were ready to walk and explore Paris. It was quite exciting being so near the Eiffel Tour and the metro was really handy. Staff were extremely courteous at all levels. Thank-you.

GOOD LOCATION

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: The location.
Cons: Attention to detail.
Location: The Eiffel tower is just round the corner, the Seine is across the road and there is a metro station close by so good links to the rest of Paris.
We chose this hotel for its location close to the Eiffel tower , it was clean and modern feeling. We had a few issues : 1) The room was booked for 3 of us and the sofa bed wasn't ready when we arrived , we went out for a few hours and it still hadn't been done when we got back so we had to ring reception, someone came up within 10 minutes. 2) On our first morning we woke up to find we had no power in the room - again when we rang down someone came up within 10 minutes and fixed the problem which seemed like a common problem that they fixed in the ceiling outside the room. 3) We had a light that kept flickering and wouldn't switch off ,we reported it and it was replaced quickly. We found the room adequate and clean but the attention to details were poor, for example cups, tea, coffee and milk were available in the room but we only enough for 2 and the amount of towels - again we had 2 when we should of had 3. None of the issues would stop us staying here again. Overall I would recommend staying here for the location but go with a view that you won't receive anything beyond average and you may encounter a few snags along the way.

Amazing hotel. Great central position in the city.

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: The convenient position.
Cons: Have the crepes for sale in the foyer for longer!
Location: Everything is close by. Extremely convenient to join tourist bus routes and the metro. Come out of the door and there is the Eiffel Tower.
We had a fabulous time! Everything about our trip and especially the hotel was brilliant.

Nettes Hotel für Städtetrip

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: zentrale Position, nettes Personal
