A very pleasant stay

Stayed here for eight days, and I can't think of a bad thing to say about this place. It helped that I got a great deal from Expedia at a rate much lower than the one posted at the hotel. Hotel is on a somewhat busy street and next to the Saint Lazare rail line, so rooms facing the street are somewhat noisy if you keep the windows open; however, it was pretty quiet when both sets of windows are closed. The street the hotel is on is no great shakes, but the hotel is near a couple of great neighborhoods with lots of excellent dining and walking options. There's an open air market on weekends on one of the nearby streets. It's only a couple of blocks from the Metro (Rome station), and the #3 line is only a 1/4 mile or so away (Villiers stop). Parc Monceau is worth a stroll through, as are of course the nearby neighborhoods on both sides of the tracks. Many of Paris's best known attractions (Sacre Coeur, Arc de Triomphe) are within a relatively easy (30-45 minute) walking distance. You're not in the thick of things, but you're not too far from that either. Personally, I prefer locations like this, more away from the tourists and closer to a neighborhood feel nearby. Hotel staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. I'd strongly consider staying here on my next visit.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Whilst not the largest the room was very clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Would recommend paying for breakfast as there was a nice selection and all food was very fresh and good quality. hotel provides easy access to the metro and getting around was very simple. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Good location, near to metro.

Posted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: Staffs and the layout are nice.
Cons: Sufficient stock of toiletries would be better.
Location: Right next to the train line so it gets noisy sometimes even with the windows closed. But walkable to a metro so its handy.
Receptionists are nice and helpful. Room is small but that's all you need when you are in Paris. Somewhere safe to keep your belonging when you are out. The hotel ran out of shower gel during my stay so they replaced it with soap. Room keeper forgot to clear the tea/cup compartment in the room. Everything else is fine. I will stay here again.

Reasonable Hotel close to transportation system

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Mostly clean. The room was clean but the hallways were not the cleanest. We arrived to a pile of drywall dust crumbled outside of our door.
Location: Very close to cafes and to the metro, walking distance from the metro and we felt safe walking around at night.
Overall the experience wasn't terrible. There was construction taking place the second day we were at the hotel so we were woken up quite early by the sound of hammering and drilling. Noise tends to travel within this hotel since it is on the smaller side, families with children in the hallways were very audible. It isn't terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for somewhere quiet to stay.

Great hotel in a good location

Posted Aug 8, 2014
Stayed here for 4 nights for a sight seeing break of Paris, the hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help! The hotel room was very modern, clean and comfortable and although the hotel is located opposite a large railway there was not a single noise from the trains heard! Comfortable bed, and a large TV with good range of channels, clean bathroom with bath and shower. Food in the hotel is also quite tasty and reasonably priced for the area.

Amazing staff make all the difference

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Our holiday was amazing and I know that the friendly, helpful staff made all the difference. It's just little things : a nice phone manner, a welcoming smile, a polite few words that build up to make a great holiday an exceptional one.
