Pretty apt close to Eiffel Tower

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Charming, pretty, and convenient. Having 2 bathrooms each with showers was a bonus. Showers were new and nice.
Cons: In need of a little maintenance, a few loose floorboards in living area, and main bathroom needs tile work on floor.
Location: Close to Eiffel Tower, restaurants, 2 small grocery stores, and metro.
We needed a place for my family of five with 3 children, and this was perfect. We had the top floor of the apartment which had pull out sofa and 2 bedrooms accessed by a metal spiral staircase. We were greeted at arrival and made sure we were settled and happy with the accommodations. Although check out time was 11, we were allowed to keep our bags in the building for the day while we toured around Paris!

Apartment needs to be updated. Felt very dirty. Air conditioning did not work. In a great location but would definitely not stay here again.

Good location!

Pros: Location. Close to metro, bakery and some sites. Safe neighbohood.
Cons: Bathroom
We arrive early in the morning and called the office asking to open the door for us. In 15 min. somebody was there to open the door and store our luggage. Five points for that! The room has enough space for a family of four. Basic room, don't expect luxury. My only complain is the small bathroom with an odd lay out and shower.

Great Location - misleading photos

Posted Jan 5, 2014
Pros: The location.
Cons: The apartment is clearly very old, and the window in the bedroom really needs to be updated as the draft kept the apartment very chilly.
Location: Close to many tourist attractions - Eiffel Tower, Invalids, Seine - a grocery store and the Metro.
I stayed at this hotel with my husband and daughter for 4 nights. The pictures are clearly of one of their nicest, most updated apartments. The apartment we ended up with was no where near the level of the apartment in the photos. That being said, it served us well and you really can not beat the location.

Perfect accommodation in a fantastic location

Apartment was in a brilliant location, 5 mins walk from Napoleon's tomb, 15 mins to Eiffel tower. Metro right across the road and amazing Boulangerie 1 min from apartment. Decor was lovely, beds were very comfy and great size room with separate kitchenette, change room, lounge room and big bathroom. Stephen was fantastic, the perfect host. Would definitely stay again! (2 adults with 2 small children)

Great Apartment, close to the Xavier Metro Stop

Posted Aug 11, 2013
Pros: Locaction
Cons: Better stove
Location: 5 minutes to the Xavier Metro Station, 2 grocery stores within 5 minute walk, great bakery right around the corner
We really enjoyed our stay at the Mithard Apartment. It was the perfect fit for our family of 4. We had plenty of room to spread out and the shower had a nice supply of hot water. The apartment also had small ac unit that helped keep the area cool. Even though the kitchen was small it was functional.

Great Paris Location!!

Posted Jul 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was a great location. Very safe area, one block from the metro station. The apartment itself was very nice and felt more like home than staying in a hotel. I have given this recommendation to friends in Germany who plan to go in a few days. Two years ago we stayed in another part of the city and my daughter was nervous because of the longer walk to the hotel from the metro and while that hotel was nice the walk area at night was a little sketchy. This was perfect and felt extremely safe!!! Steven who met us to get everything set was also very nice!

We stayed here one night and I wish we had the opportunity to stay longer. The cleanliness, setup and accommodations within the apartment were fantastic. The location in relation to the subway was perfect. It allows you quick access to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Arc DT, and Napoleon's Tomb/Museum. We were met on time and given a key, information and everything we needed to feel comfortable. If you want to feel at home in Paris, this is the place to stay. It was fantastic!

Deluxe? certainly no bath!

Posted Feb 26, 2013
Pros: Location
Cons: Tiny kitchen, power cuts & not as described (ie. no bath)
Location: Very good
The location is very good. The neighbourhood is pleasant, metro, shops & small supermarkets close. The flat was nowhere near as smart as the photos would suggest. Perhaps I was unlucky & had the worst flat in the block (401). It appears, only 2 of the photos are of it, and with very careful lighting applied. "Deluxe with a bath" said my booking confirmation, got to be joking, not really deluxe and certainly no bath. On my last night, of 3 night stay, the electricity kept going off. One of the other guests came to show me how to re-set the fuse box and said we must not turn the heaters above level 6. We hadn't actually changed the heater settings, they were as Steven left them. Having said all of this the location may bring me back. Not sure, at this price may take a gamble on a new location.....
