“Not worth booking! Bed Bugs!!!!”

Cons: Small, bed is uncomfortable, bed bugs, no elevator, smells weird in the lobby, small shower. Pros: good location, breakfast, lunch box, lots of restaurants around.

“Excellent location, room is very simple and small”

Excellent location. The room is simple and small, but clean. Main issue - staying at 4th floor with no elevator. Not recommended for one carrying luggages as I was.

“Mont Martre Rox”

Great location in heart of thriving Mont Martre with loads of cafes available. Rooms are extremely efficient tho do have private baths. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with tips on local sights and attractions.

“quite good for the price”

It is locates in a very nice and touristic place, close to the most interesting and representative of Paris. Kind service on counter but rooms are really small and bathroom becomes uncorfortable due to small space and distribution. If you are looking for something not too expensive it is a good choice.

Traveler's tip

If you are planning to go to Bersalles, be at least 15 minutes before openning otherwise you will have to wait for more than an hour to get in.

“Adequate”

It is a budget hotel and it is what it is. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and it was close to a Metro Stop. To get to anything in the main part of Paris, though, it took a couple of Metro transfers - about 30 minutes to the Marais district or Hotel DeVille Metro stop. All in all, not a bad place for the money.

Traveler's tip

If you want to eat at a good or famous restaurant in Paris, I suggest not winging it and showing up but call ahead for reservations or swing by the restaurant early on the day you want to dine and see if they have a table available. Asking politely in French helps your cause that much more if you are set on having a good dining experience.
