“Great, Safe, Location! Excellent Value”

We booked this hotel on Expedia for a great price and were very happy with it. We called the hotel and got instructions on what Metro stop to take and it was very easy to find. This was in a very safe area with many cafes around. Plus with the Metro stop being so close, it was easy to get to all of the tourist areas. We asked for directions each day from the front desk clerk and they were very helpful. The hotel rooms are very small, but that's what we expected. I will definitely stay here again.

“Good times in Paris”

Hotel was nice for the price, slightly out of the way but doesn't matter with the "Metro" system. Close to Jim Morrison's , Oscar Wilde's grave sites. Would go back and breakfast is good, just don't sit in the back dining room they close it often and make you move! Good time.

“Great little hotel in wonderful location”

The hotel was just great and the staff was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. They all spoke English. The rooms are small, but typical of European hotels, so no complaints. everything was very clean. The location was perfect: in a nice residential area with lots of shops and cafes around, just steps from the metro and a few blocks from Pere LaChaise cemetery. It was very quiet at night--good for sleeping.

“Awsome hotel to stay at when in Paris!!!”

This hotel is really awsome! The staff was very helpful at the front desk. Our room was a typical european room but very clean and comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom was very clean too. We had house keeping everyday and a continental breakfast was included in our stay. The metro is literally 1.5 blocks way from the hotel and the neighborhood is safe enough to walk around at night. There were many cafe's and restaurants to pick from and even a little grocery store for small shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheaper place to stay that isn't right downtown but still convenient to all major tourist attractions. When we go back to Paris, we will definitely be stay at this hotel. :o)

“Great bang for your buck”

The room was a little small, but it's Paris so that's to be expected. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast was great and served until noon. The hotel is a bit far from main Paris sites, but it was in a safe neighborhood and less than a block from the metro station. It was a fantastic experience.

“Good value”

Not an upscale hotel - a little frowsy, but reasonably clean. Concierge could have been more friendly, but the location was just what I needed.

“Very satisfatory for our needs”

The hotel is situated in a quite neighbourhood of Paris, just a short step from the Voltaire metro station. It was clean, safe and comfortable though the room was small. The attached bathroom was also clean adequate, and both were well maintained while we were there. Breakfast was served promptly every day at 7:00am in the small dining room on level -1, and there was a daily choice of cereal, yoghurt, slices of meat. varieties of bread, and plenty of coffee or tea. The staff behind the front desk and those in the dining room were most helpful, returning a bag to our room one time that we left it in the dining room, and also helping me connect to their wifi system on another occasion. I would probably return to this hotel if I were to revisit Paris, though I might also look for a less expansive hotel further from the city centre but still on the metro of I could. Staying in other hotels and B&B's around France after our stay in Paris, I found this hotel to be considerably more expensive than any other; however it is a Paris hotel so prices there are always going to be more than outside the capital.

“Very satisfied”

Sayed here in July, 09 for 10 days and the staff were very friendly and always ready to give advice. Room was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was lovely. Handy location with an internet place across the street and lots of convenience stores and cafes. The area was alive and easy to get around with a subway and taxi stands nearby. Easy walking distance to the river and attractions. A great stay!
